Worst junk yard ever cant go pick ur own parts and they wanted to charge me 400 for a used hood if im going to pay that it better be a color match.never going there again!! So glad pauls auto is back in.

I was a first time customer to this establishment, I needed an engine for my 02 Durango. I called around to some of the other companies that popped up when I searched online and they had rather bad attitudes and acted like I was more of a bother than business they wanted. I called A&L and was met with a polar opposite response, the person that answered the phone was very plesant and helpful, not only assured me they had the engine I was looking for but also made me feel good that I would not have to pull it, they had it "on the shelf" even went as far as to make a joking comment like "why should you get your hands dirty, that's our job". The price he gave me for the engine, blew the other guys' price out of the water. He gave me precise directions to the location, had guys ready and willing to load it for me as well. Overall between the pleasant helpful attitude on the phone and in person, and the great price, they definitely have a permanent customer for life. I will never go to any other shop without first checking with A&L first, I tell all my friends and family "if you want the best, go with A&L"
