We love Brentwood Animal Hospital. They were extremely kind & went out of the way to comfort us when we lost our beloved Luke. They have been extremely reassuring & knowledgeable with all our puppy questions.

Brentwood Animal Hospital: Outstanding!! The doctors on staff are great. They had taken wonderful care of our dear Colby. The entire staff treats you and your pet with love and understanding. Colby passed away in Feb and Dr. Brad actually traveled from Lacrosse to meet with us at the office on a Sat. night at 10:00pm. Very dedicated and caring doctors.

There are a group of doctors here and in 6 years caring for my dog with heart problems saw just about all of them. One word for the doctors and staff is Amazing! They are always busy because they are great at what they do for your pet. My dog passed away last week, with their help. This kind of thing happens daily there i am sure, but our doctor took time to send me a hand written sympathy card a few days later. It meant so much that she cared.

I have been using Brentwood for many years. They have always done a fantastic job with my animals. Beyond that, they have always been fantastic with me, they explain everything in terms I can understand and are extremely compassionate. Dr. Brett is top notch as is the entire staff. We recently had to put our cat to rest, it was a heartbreaking. Dr. Brett and his staff helped us thru it with honesty and compassion. The staff even sent my 7 year old a hand written sympathy card.

I took my newly adopted pup from the humane society in for her "free" wellness exam, since I live in the area, just happened to choose this one. The credentials stood out so I decided to choose this facility, although there were other options closer to my house.

Upon walking in, they were having difficulty with the lights and power, apparently it had gone out 6 times that day already. So my appointment at 11:40. became 12:26. without anyone really informing me about the potential long wait time. I know this is an extreme circumstance, so I don't hold this against them. Who knows if it will ever happen again but I'm trying to hold down a rambunctious 9 month old monster puppy who jumps and barks at everything. It was a lot longer than I was ready to sit there for. I can chalk it up to being Friday the 13th, and just my luck, but being my first time there. it was a little strange.

They told me to bring in a fecal sample, and then swabbed her ears for any potential mites, which I figured would be a part of her "wellness exam". but they ended up with a cost. Don't get me wrong, I've had pets, I've adopted, I know the routine, but every time a procedure is going to cost any money, I was always asked permission first. It's not that it was expensive, very reasonable I suppose, considering the free samples of flea and heart worm medication for your adopted pup. but I just would have appreciated a "heads up" on any cost for any test before it was requested and carried out.

The vets and everyone working behind the desk gave us loving attention, everyone was very pleasant and clearly loves their jobs, so I'll give it another try for sure. The Dr. that saw us was very knowledgable and confident in answering all of my questions, and was happy to answer them all, which I truly appreciated. It wasn't bad enough that I won't return, but that's my "2" rating. too strange to tell how a normal routine exam would go off of today's happenings.

I'll do another review when we go in next, hopefully under more "normal day" circumstances.
