No customer service what so ever not one person looked up to help. Once I went to walk out one lady asked if she could help and then said ohh that's the other ladies across the room witch not one of them looked up to help. Walked out thanking them for such great customer service. I'd give them a half of a star if I could

This service sucks They won't help you only if you're a member. You'd think they would take a pay to help you. I'm in the middle of the woods needing my car jumped and have no one around to do so. So what am I supposed to do? Oh yes get killed by some wacky person who says "I'll help you" and kill ya in the process Thanks for nothing AAA

There isn't much to it. They help plan trips, help with travel arrangements and take care of automotive coverage. The people there are usually friendly.

Poor customer service. The travel manager was in the middle of booking our trip (she was on hold with another company) and left me sitting in her office for quite some time while she attended a company wide meeting in the hallway, ironically about how they received an award for "good" customer service.
