Took our puppy to be spayed was absolutely pleased with her surgery. Would highly recommend this animal hospital. Thank you so much to the doctor (Nicole uranko) who did her surgery. And also Thank you to all the staff everyone was so pleasant.

Brought my gorgeous rare purebred dog in for a hematoma in her ear. Sullivan had me wait weeks before he'd schedule the supposed routine surgery. Then he made me spay her as well, even though there were no issues health wise. After her surgeries, she spent 3 weeks in a cone, being tortured because it's very hard to eat or drink with those things on. Now 5 weeks after surgery, the hematoma is worse, her ear is deformed, and the entire hospital is covering up the malpractice and negligence of their horrible Dr.
I do not recommend anyone bringing a pet there for anything!!response / report this review -

My wife and I have been taking my dog and cat to Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital for some time now and have had a GREAT experience each time. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Our dog was a rescue and is still getting used to strangers but the team here are always patient with her and make her feel comfortable. Dr. McMahon and several of the tech's are the reason we continue to come back!

Courteous and professional service, is what first came to my mind about this great veterinary. First time I went there was a year ago to neuter my kitten. All the information they gave me happened as they predicted. His recovery was amazing, the kitty was his normal self in the evening, and didn't take long to be completely recovered.
This time was my first annual in this place for both kitties. I had a great feeling when making the appointment, as the person making it was extremely courteous with me, even taking time to check if my previous vet had sent them the paperwork.
The appointment itself was stressless, careful, quick, and precise.
Their prices are in a normal range with others in the region.

Nice staff, very thorough, convenient hours. The wait to see Vet was over 15 minutes but was worth it. Love the building.

We have taken all our kitties to Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital. Great services, friendly staff and a fair price for their services. Dr. Sullivan is a great vet with compassion and skills that I trust with my furbabies. Another of our favorites is Dr. Uranko.

We have been going here for 8 years, along with many more to come! Top noch staff! This team has always helped us with our animals through tough times! They are empathetic and we can always count on them. This staff takes great pride in what they do. I highly recommend them.

We've been a customer for over 15 yearsour pets have gone from puppy/kitten to senior and have received quality care at Pleasant Valley. We've experienced the rehab and have had plenty of kennel stays as well. I know I can count on Pleasant Valley when it comes to my pets' needs.
