Very poor customer rapport. I was in the middle of making a deal on a Porsche with a manager called Mo reza in Palm Beach. We were only a couple dollars apart and he said he would call me in the morning to let me know the decision. Instead that morning he underminded the whole deal and sold the car to somebody else in the middle of our negotiations. Not very professional! Beware of doing business with this dealership and particularly this manager. I was waiting for him to call me which he promised to do in the morning the moment he walked in. I realize the car business is very cutthroat,But I was expecting better professionalism then what I got considering we were so close. Beware of doing business with this dealership. They do not care about their customers or their professionalism.

If your in the market for a Porsche, go see Brandon Barnes at braman. He helped me with every step of the car buying process and did an amazing job. He was able to find me a beautiful Porsche, that is ten times better than I was expecting. He treated me like a friend and not just another car sale. He clearly has a great future in this industry.
Porsche dealership is beautiful, and has a great snack bar. Everyone is very nice!!

The Targa4 is as exciting in feel of the road as it is in its looks. The open air drive at higher speeds retains the stability of a coupe and the aerodynamics allows me to enjoy the rush of space without any annoying wind backlash.Cornering is precise and breaking responsive. Porsche quality is reflected in the Porsche dealership and both continue to deserve the Porsche brand.

My Macan is running beautifully so the service folks did a great job. Maggie was super helpful and attentive. She is a very friendly, warm person and is a wonderful representative for Porsche. She exudes the type of quality customer care I would expect from Braman Porsche and made the service experience very pleasant and efficient.

Seriously? Sent out an information gathering email - they were quick to respond. Good initial buy price, then the General Manager "Diamond" called me. "What can we do to make this the best deal for you" was his question? We worked for over two weeks, arrived at our $$$### and they delivered the car to me within 24hours, even after their initial Transport Company stalled on their delivery request - in essence, this "Team" made it happen in PRICE AND DELIVERY. Did I mention the delivery was at 10pm at night and they drove several hours to fulfill their promise? And the salesman (Mr. Angel) who couldn't be nicer, accompanied their private transport driver to ensure proper delivery/receipt. Yeah, that good.

You don't find this service at other dealers (whether American or Foreign) - this is a lost art. They are in the business to sell cars at a good price, give the client a good deal and then make it happen; exactly as it should. If I could rate this higher than 5stars I would do just that, 10 of 10. We just hope they are around for our next purchase or lease.
