Beverly Hardy made this experience fantastic from start to finish. We needed two good recliners to last us for many years for our living room. We chose the Hancock and Moore Gifford recliners. They are beautiful and comfortable. Just as important, was the service we got from Beverly. She hung in there with me while I looked through many, many samples of beautiful leathers. She communicated with me clearly and efficiently every time I needed a question answered. If you must buy furniture, please use Beverly Hardy at Boyles Furniture and Rugs.

This transaction was a delight from browsing (website) to delivery! I identified items of interest and emailed Boyles late one evening. I had a response early the next morning. My assigned sales associate (Jon) was very helpful and responded quickly, clearly, precisely, patiently and professionally to my many questions. Pricing (including delivery fees) was significantly less than in a local store. The delivery team communicated their whereabouts and were precise within mere minutes regarding the time of delivery. Delivery was quick - unloading, unpacking, placement in the house and clean-up. The delivery personnel were very personable, polite and professional. I highly recommend Boyles and expect to continue shopping with them!

Purchased two lamps and two wall panels from Boyles and items were received today in perfect condition thanks to the great packaging done by Theodore Alexander. These were high quality products and I am thrilled with my purchases. It was a pleasure working will Kelly Dillard and Alex in shipping. I ordered the items in late January and asked they be held at the warehouse until after 13 February as I was out of town. The items were shipped by UPS on 14 February and arrived on 16 February and although the packages had been roughed up a bit the items were not damaged.again thanks to the great packaging done by Theodore Alexander. This is my second order from Boyles and I will continue to shop with them.

Beverly was extremely knowledgeable and responsive and made the ordering process simple. All pieces look great and the delivery team couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Sales associate Kelly Dillard is excellent. I purchased furniture from Boyle's many years ago and I liked the quality and enjoyed it very much. Now I am shopping for other furniture.
