Visited months ago and still think about it all the time. Loved the service, the menu, the desserts, and the wonderfully pleasant evening I had. We were asked as we were seated if anyone would like the cointreau soufflé, which one of our party tried. It was a perfectly done soufflé. One of the fanciest restaurants I’ve ever been to but well worth it as I’ve thought back on it fondly many times since. Lovely cocktails next door if you arrive early as well.

Great hotel! Nice and clean. Great staff, very helpful and informative. Don't miss their french pastry in the morning, it was the best! Would recommend anyone visiting Newport.

Fantastic B&B! Quaint, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. No real need for a car. Rent a scooter, threewheel scooter or bike if you want to travel a little further out. Wonderful freshly made French pastries and homemade parfait with fruit brought to your door every morning. Highly recommend their restaurant too! It's pricey, but for a well prepared meal by a French chef, it is worth the splurge. Don't forget your business casual clothes if you want to want to get into the restaurant. All in all, an excellent place to stay and dine!

Nice room, comfortable bed. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious but came rather late for us (8:30). Also there were fruit flies in the bathroom.

Quiet dining area with nice, although slow, service. Both people in our parties dinners had the exact same sides and presentations despite being completely different dishes.

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Newport and stayed at Bouchard Inn. We were so pleased with our rooms, as they were clean and comfortable. It is a lovely Inn and the perfect location. It is a short drive to the Cliff Walk and a short walk to the Harbor. Thank you Bouchard Inn for a very enjoyable stay!

Everything was fabulous. Quite possibly the best meal we have ever enjoyed. Each dish was superb - pate, beef tenderloin, souffle. Service impeccable.

The service was amazing. The food was out of this world. Everything we got was absolutely delicious. Unlike most fine dining places, the portions weren't tiny; they were just the right size. I really appreciated the half bottle options on the wine list, as well as the option to take the rest of an unfinished bottle home.

Tried the restaurant durning restaurant week for their specials. Good selection of items on the menu. Tried the goat cheese ravioli appetizer, very savoury. Salmon tartar was also very good, creamy with a lemon flavor. Duck was very tender. Pork and spinach was good but the pastry it was in was a little bland. Raspberry souffle was very sugary, melt as soon as it touched your tongue. Staff was friendly and very observant.
