Very nice place, cozy, clean, inexpensive. Decent breakfast, nice pool, and hot tube. Five minutes from the heart of Newport. Two minutes from Newport Grand Casino.

Lobby and public areas look great. Rooms are fine (though normal sized pillows would have been nice) but bathrooms could use an upgrade. For example, the lights emit an intense amount of heat and light making it unusable. Also, one of the worst breakfasts I've had at a hotel

Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Spacious and clean room that was weirdly luxurious. Cookies and hot apple cider in the lobby. Great pool, hot tub and sauna. Delicious breakfast and wonderful lobby area with a fireplace.

Lots of stores and food options around. Pretty much anything you need, you can find in the area. Close by to many fun activities and places to go

Easy to find and on a street with lots of food choices and grocery stores. Overall room was clean and met my needs. However don't get a first floor room since I don't like the design where the patio is a simple slide door that is open to the parking lot with no barrier that would typically give you some privacy.

Has its pluses and minuses.
Pluses:
New, beautiful lobby. Nearby Applebees for food. Great pool, hot tub. Friendly, attentive staff.
Minuses:
Went to take shower and discovered the bathtub to be completely clogged up. That is completely unsanitary and non-hygienic, quite gross, was NOT a positive experience. Rooms and hallways have fairly strong odor. For those reasons (esp the bathtub), would not stay there again. I think if you put money into a brand new lobby, please ensure that your showers and bathtubs are in healthy condition.response / report this review -

Staff was very friendly and professional. Great breakfast buffet served 6 to 10 that included baked goods, cereal, fresh fruit, freshly made waffles. There was also coffee and juice available. The coffee is available all day.
The lobby was really nice and looked to be newly renovated. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids. Our room was clean and perfect for our overnight stay. We really enjoyed our trip to Newport and the Mansions. I'd definitely stay here again.response / report this review -

The directions given by Google Maps puts you behind the entrance, but the lobby is easy to find. The location is in a decent area close to many shops and points of interest. The rooms are ok. Has in-room HVAC and empty mini fridge. The fitness center consists of a small room with 4 machines. There is a sauna, whirl pool, and heated swimming pool on premis.

Won't be coming back. We show up TV isn't working. Lamp above bed was broken. The breakfast buffet there was absolutely nothing to it. People next door were extremely loud and rude. The front desk were extremely friendly. Ill go elsewhere for now on.
