I couldn't believe my encounter there..stood 3 1/2 nights.
Been in many hotels..never had guest service like we experienced.i was so looking forward to staying there..after the disaterous stay there I checked into the Hilton for 4 days.. BTW no help at all from Marriott Customer Service. The rooms look very nice.. despite the oven dying while cooking

I had to stay there for work. I even brought my dog with me. From the moment we walked in, the reception was so welcoming, my dog acted like he always lived there. They accommodated my needs and made sure it was to my satisfaction. Sadly I can only give it four stars because the shower had very slow drainage and it looked like they didn't really completely clean because I found a stale piece of sausage in a corner of the bedroom. However everything was fantastic and I will definitely stay there again. Thanks to Cindy at reception desk for making the stay feel like a home away from home.

Absolutely amazing room! I switched to this hotel from another extended residence type hotel because of issues and I wish I had just come here from the start.

Front desk staff were awesome! And the dessert mix last night was delicious.

Have had my daughter's 10th & 14th birthdays here! The suites are fantastic for families, they have 2 bedrooms, a living area, dining area plus a full kitchenette! Girls had a great time and the pool kept them completely occupied! They also served Continental breakfast and the last time we stayed they had Greek night with beers, wine, & food (alcohol 21+) but they had juice and other things for kids. So clean here & pets are allowed!

Loved the pool hours opened late til midnight. Very spacious rooms, clean. Kept up well, basketball court was fun for kids. Employees very friendly and helpful. Had a very pleasant visit.

Nice big rooms. Clean. Well priced. Elevators are jacked up right now. One is offline and the other captured a guest last night. Not much in the was if dining or entertainment nearby.

We prefer Residence Inns. As usual it met expectations. Great accommodation. Indoor pool was well maintained. All day complimentary Coffee and tea. The 4 was given because there were stains on the mattress of the pull out.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our 1 bedroom suite felt a little cramped for 2 adults and 2 children but it was a good value and we could at least be in separate rooms. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast and the pool was a hit for the kids although a little on the dirty/dated side. The location is rather convenient with grocery stores, several restaurants, and the highway nearby. All and all, we'd stay here again the next time we're back in the area.

The Residence Inn Province Coventry is amazing. Extremely clean fully equipped rooms which include a living room and kitchen to the awesome complimentary breakfast and hotel mixer events. I highly recommend staying here!
