Brian Akins was very helpful. Craig the business manager was also. Craig helped me navigate the Whirlpool website to get my X plan PIN. When he double checked the numbers, he found another $500 to which I was entitled. Nice work!

We have dealt with Branden Borr for the last 3 cars we have purchased through Siemans. He has been professional , courteous and a pleasure to work with. We have never felt in anyway that we were pressured into a sale with him. He has always been respectful of our decisions. We have purchased total 9 of our vehicles from Siemans and continue to be please with how we are treated.

My daughter just finished leasing her second car from Siemans. Dan Zarobsky got her through this process twice. He is a top notch salesperson who went above and beyond to get her what she wanted at a price she could afford. As a mom I appreciate his dedication and honesty. Sandy is always pleasant and knows her stuff. She explains everything with a smile. Thank you all! See you in a few months when MY lease is up.

Siemens has always been good to me. Salesman are knowledgeable and friendly and so is the service department. I have bought many vehicles here and will continue to do business with them. I highly recommend them.

It feels like you are with family. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Jim McLean and Sandy are top notch. Jim knows so much about the vehicles and their featureshe also knows you as a customer and steers you in the direction that will provide just the right features for you. Sandy is a wonderful office manager. Always smiling and makes you feel right at ease. I have moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan and went back to Siemans because of their great sales and service experience.

would not recommend. bought a "ford certified" vehicle still under factory warranty. rims were corroding and peeling, dealer replaced, great.( dealer even said that the rims should have been caught during the certification process. obviously took blame for them since they replaced them). tires were bald in spots, not sure how they passed certification. (had to buy a new set only weeks after purchasing the $34,000 vehicle because there is no way there was at least half their life left, which is required for certification. obviously I know that a used car wont come with new tires). also supposed to have 12 speaker sound system and after inspection the sub woofer is missing!!!!!!! dealer suggested I make a police report! what an insult. (purchased car in april 2016 and during a recent oil change at a different ford dealer I priced a sub woofer because I knew that the car had a spot for one and the premium sound could definitely sound better, the parts guy said according to the vin it should have had one. now since there was no change in the sound from when I bought the car to now, I obviously know that it never had one to begin with.) one thing after another with these people (and plus they treat you like your a complete idiot and fight you on any issue to not make it their fault) I personally have purchased 3 brand new fords and 3 certified used fords since 2010, this is not my first rodeo.

My salesman really listened to me, got me exactly what I wanted (and more), for exactly what I wanted to pay. He didn't waste my time, and got right to the point. He also went above and beyond to help me get the features that I really wanted on the vehicle. I could not be happier!
