City of blue springs came to.my house and ripped up my yard to fix a water pipe on Dec. 25 11:00 pm and finally left at 7am . Out side with equipment banging and beating all nigh long. Today is Jan. 10th. My yard is still tore up and when I try to tech someone I never can. Unbelievable

wait time is usually 30-45 minutes even when you think you're going during non rush hours. When you finally make it to the desk IF you have all your docs and for Pete's sake people bring your checkbook, then you're in and out in a jiffy. Just make sure you tell them what your previous county was IF you forget your property taxes receipt so they can look it up (if they offer).
