This is an absolutely perfect place for the kids and the whole family. They offer a lot of different activities, such as tractor-pulled 'hay rides' that take you around the whole area and drop off/pick up people who want to do the kids corn maze/scavenger hunt as well as the pumpkin-patch fields to pick your own pumpkins. They have a couple of indoor younger age haunted houses during the normal day time hours until 4PM or 5PM. The other haunted maze activities are directed towards older kids/adults, which start after dark around 8PM and it is put on by real actors with extensive makeup and costumes. The farm actually closes for 2 to 3 hours, 5PM or 6PM til 8PM while they get all the actors and everything ready. They have air canons that shoot pumpkins, a zip line, and they even have a wine and beer area attached to the gift shop up front There are many other amenities for people of all ages.

We always have a blast hanging out at Bloomsbury Farm! I wish we had known before that there was a maze and a haunted house, but another mom let us know this year! My kiddos loved it!! Of course it is always fun to play the games, sit in the big chair, see the animals, and jump on the pillow.

It's like a little Disneyland in the heartland. So many things to do for both young and old. We had to come back a second day to finish up on the things we missed the first time. Most impressive were the staff, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend you spend a day at Bloomsbury Farm

This is an excellent facility to go to if you're looking for a great scare. They have four options for you to choose from, all very terrifying. Everything is all conveniently placed in the same area so you don't have to walk far from scare to scare, and they have great staff members. Definitely was a great experience

A must visit in Eastern Iowa. Staff is amazing, and friendly. They told us on the phone the kids area was open when it was closed, so when we arrived they made it right by letting us walk around and do the kids stuff, plus we got a personal hayrack ride. The Haunts were great as well. Definately a 9/10 experience.

Well worth the trek. Kids loved every minute and the bar is nicely secluded.

This is a place for all ages. They have enough attractions to keep the whole family busy for most of the day. From the mazes, games, and playgrounds which are free with the admission to the pumpkin chucker, animals, and zip line which are reasonably priced. Parking is free as well.

Best place around to take the kids for fall time activities. Lots to do for pretty much all ages, including those just starting to walk. Paying at the door includes access to just about everything, there are just a couple of things that are additional (e.g. pumpkin shooter, zip line). Have 2 snack and food shops (awesome fried cheese curds!), full service bathrooms, and a gift shop as well. Haven't done any of the haunted house activities, but hear they are pretty good as well.

Went to scream acres haunted attraction. Visited the carnival and zombie attractions and had a blast. Lines were longer for zombie "cell block z" but worth it. Looked like daytime activities for families would be fun as well. Nice place overall.

Visiting Bloomsbury Farm has become a fall tradition for our family. We always enjoy visiting. You'll find two corn mazes, a couple of haunted houses, fall themed play areas for the younger kiddos, lots of photo props, a gift shop, and pumpkins for sale. The farm periodically changes up the attractions. The restrooms are clean and easily found in the main area.

To save a few dollars on admission, be on the lookout for a coupon in the Valpak mailer.

You may want to turn on the GPS to make finding the farm a little easier.
