I got a perm here by Alisha and I have to say: I’ve never been happier. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Every time I get my hair done at other salons it doesnt turn out just right, but here it definitely has.
The sides of my hair’s perm started to straighten out within the week, so I called and asked them about it and they made me another appointment with Alisha to fix it for free! Hair has a mind of its own sometimes, and she was very understanding about it, giving her time to touch it up. She repermed the sides and even trimmed it up a bit more and it is absolutely perfect. She was so sweet. The price was very affordable as well. I would highly recommend this. Walked out with a smile!response / report this review -

bliss is a wonderful salon and Dallas, the owner is a remarkable person and business owner. She cares deeply about her customers and her employees and you can feel it. This salon staff are always friendly, professional and the boutique connected to the salon has lovely attire, unique items like body care and jewelry; all reasonably priced too. I moved two years ago to GR and still drive back for me and my girls appointments.

Bliss did a great job on my bridesmaid’s hair and my hair and makeup! Everyone had unique styles and we were even done early. They wore masks the entire time and were able to switch the location without a problem. I really appreciate our stylists even more during this time.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The salon is beautiful and you'll enjoy however much time you spend there!

Love the stylists here. They continue to learn techniques so they can provide the best service. Salon is a little cramped and not as clean as it could be.

The service was very bad, the person who got me shaved (I do not remember her name I think it was Miley) burned my entire face with wax and I showed her an image of how I wanted my eyebrows and she did everything wrong, I was horrible and it was not What I wanted. And I had $ 15 off because I previously referred one person and they did not make the discount.

They got me right in on a moment's noticed after another salon canceled my appointment 10min before my appointment and I was due to leave town the next day and I have hair down to my butt that is very thick and they got me right in. Everyone is so nice there they all make you feel so valued it's one of the best salon experiences I've had! Kelsie E. Did an amazing job on my hair I am just so happy I feel like a new person and she had a wonderful personality she had me laughing and made me feel so relaxed and she never made me feel like she was rushing or tired of doing my hair which is nice because I do have very long hair like I said down to my butt and it takes a longer time to foil, from start to finish she had an energy about her that passed to me and made me feel so good! I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn't positive how to explain it and she talked me threw it and made sure she understood and she did 1000% how I wanted it I will always go to bliss salon and spa now the whole atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting ! Kelsie my hair is forever yours! I posted before and after pics as well!

If you need your hair done this is the place to go! Today was my first time being in the salon and I couldn't be happier with my haircut. It's perfect! My stylist was gentle, took her time and was thee biggest sweetheart ever! I'll def be coming back in the future. Thank you Kelsey Victoria

I've gotten various things done here like nails, massages, updos, and haircuts. Jamie had been cutting my hair for a while and she usually did good until recently. I went in with 3 pictures of exactly what I wanted and she did the exact opposite. When she said the haircut in the picture was a bob I showed her what I thought was a bob and said that's NOT what I wanted. After talking a bit, she told me she understood and we agreed on an inch shorter than my shoulders. That inch turned into 3-4 inches. When I voiced my concern about it starting to look like a bob, she didn't stop to assure me/show me it wasn't that. Instead she continued and remained silent. I knew I should've stopped her, but I'm not too good at confrontation and by the time I saw the back it was too late. She even pointed to the front and said it was the length we agreed on, but I'm unsure how that explains the short layers in the back that I never requested nor was told she was going to do. In the end she said it was "miscommunication" and apologized, but I don't understand how it was miscommunication when I showed her multiple pictures. I felt like she kind of blamed me for the haircut, but I truly think she messed up and tried fixing it and essentially took more hair off. If a stylist doesn't understand 100% of what the client wants, then they should say so. I rather explain 1000x than be given the impression they understood. I did speak to the owner the next day, she helped me style it, gave me a full refund, and offered to fix it as it grows. She was really kind about the whole situation, which I really appreciate it. I'm not sure I would recommend this salon to anyone who is getting more than a trim, though. I may give Dallas a try because she was extremely nice, understanding, and I did like how she styled it so hopefully she helps me fix this!

Booking an appointment was super easy and I love the multiple confirmations, I usually don't forget but it's nice to know that I can rely on being reminded. I went in for a shellac manicure, Shelby did a wonderful job and was pickier than I am (which says a lot). She was sweet and professional, as were the other employees I interacted with. Happy with my service and will definitely go back.
