I did not think the flowers I received were worth the money I paid. Disappointing.

With reference to your reply and our phone call, you reference the website, which I never went to and didn't even think about that as a possibility. I asked your courteous employee about some type of birthday arrangement and she suggested the birthday surprise and I told her that sounded good. I left it at that. I am not questioning your fine establishment. I am just saying in my opinion and in my opinion only, I thought the flower arrangement was very small for the fee I paid. The flowers were pretty and nicely arranged. Just smaller than what I expected unfortunately for me.

They always do a great job. Anytime we have something we need flowers sent for locally, we use Tim’s. I like the personal service they give. And I like knowing the person who arraigned the flowers, works in the store, and delivers the flowers all live in our community. Not to mention the prices are better than those other dot com guys..

I ordered the "Designer's Choice" arrangement for my mother in Lexington, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. My mother called me immediately to say how beautiful the flowers were – fresh, abundant, and beautifully arranged. And delivered same day! I'll order from Tim's Touch again and again. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandmother in Ballentine on her birthday, December 4. It was totally last-minute, I placed the order online around 11:30AM and was really hoping they would get to her on the same day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a text from her that they showed up before 4 PM- and she sent me a picture of them two weeks later to let me know she was still enjoying them. Thank you so much for helping me make her day from all the way across the country.

Awesome "emergency" flowers delivered within about 2-3 hrs of ordering. A week later the arrangement is still looking great. If there is one thing I have learned after almost 18 yrs of marriage, never underestimate the power of a good florist. Thanks again for getting me out the dog house!

What a joke, i had a order iplaced elsewhere cancelled last min the morning of valentines dayi frantically began calling around to get em replacedthis was the first place i called and after going thru all the info and process they seriously tried to price gouge me with a $190 price for a lily arrangement with "rush fees" why not inform of that upfront instead of wasting time.called another local business and paid $65 for the exact same order.

my experience is a little different. I went right in and told the gentleman what I wanted in flowers. Unfortunately my mother isn't girlie so its hard to get her a set of flowers that aren't all pink and red. I picked up my flowers and I was impressed. They are absolutely georgous. Actually my mom said they are the best flowers she has ever got.. Lol and I give her flowers every year. It has been a week and the flowers have all bloomed beautifully. Its nice to actually buy flowers that can last more than 4 days. I want to say thank you! Y'all did a marvelous job! 😀

By far the worse experience ever of customer service!!!! Tim was blatantly rude and condescending. Like one of the previous reviews, he seemed to only care about what he liked and not what I wanted. Prices are outrageous and I didn't see where anything else was any better than any other local florist. I have to say I am very surprised anyone like this could stay in business. I would NEVER recommend him or his store to anyone! He needs to have a lesson on how to treat people with respect and how to be courteous. Good luck with treating people the way that you do! Not everyone will take they way you treat them! And I definitely didn't. I don't need your service!
