Horrible Customer service!!!!!!!!!!Prices are extremely High. I brought my Atv there to diagnose what the problem was with the Atv.This one guy had serious mental problems. I asked him couple simple questions and he started getting pissed off for some reason.Then he started naming me some ridiculous prices for the Atv parts that I could buy online half the price they are asking for and fix myself rather pay them.
I will never go there again just a wast of my time.response / report this review -

I purchased some new tires for my ATV and had them remove the old tires and installed the new tires with new stems, they removed my old tires with a Sawzall so I could not use them on any of my other quads and then we took the four-wheeler to Silver Lake and had to remove four pounds of air to ride in sand and the tire broke a bead and had to be repaired again the correct way with bead sealant , if they can't replace tires professionally I would not recommend getting anything serviced by this Powersports, highly recommend going somewhere else.

Extremely rude, tried purchasing parts from him multiple times. Discussed buying an atv from him but when i had my son sit on it he started yelling at my him. I had to walkout and not return I refuse to give a guy like him my buisness

They sell Chinese quads and dirt bikes. Staff is super helpful and willing to take the time to answer all your question.

I took my son's mini dirt bike in that I purchased from another online retailer because it was not running. Even though they were not completely familiar with the product they still took the job. Now this thing runs better than when I got it new. Great job to the Blackbeard team. Thank you

Dave the owner is very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. Sherrie, the salesperson has outstanding customer service skills and knows the products well. Blackbeard has a wide array of products and for the price, very affordable. I am a very satisfied customer! Thank you David and Sherrie, I highly recommend Blackbeard Powersports!

Have a Tao Tao moped that had to get fixed. Got 2 suggestions to come here. My moped is GREAT now. Nice work. BUT for $600 you think you would of filled up my tank (only like $2) and plugged in my turn signals!
