  AMAZING Customer Service! When our power was out for 4 days from this last winter storm, my husband was at work and I was tasked with getting us power ASAP. I called Midwest Power Equipment and Jon Brown (the owner) took time to talk me through exactly what kind of generator I needed! I'm not very good with mechanical/electrical terminologyso when I would say "I'm not sure", "I have no clue", and "What is that"Jon took the time to describe what to look for, how I could describe what he needed to know and then how to help me analyze what kind of wattage I would need to supply me the amount of power I really needed and what fit my budget! I never felt embarrassed by my lack of knowledge or intimidate by the unknownit was truly the best customer service experience I've had!

  Guy I talked to over the phone was nice. Don't have the part in stock and can't give out part numbers. Ill take my business else where when I get the part number.

  Might help if they actually answered the phone instead of sending you to voice mail and never returning your call. Poor service in my opinion.

  Bought a TracVac pull behind Lawn Vac which had to be ordered from the vendor. Was keep informed of the process and when it arrived it was assembled quickly (no easy task). A damaged jack stand on the unit was fixed quickly by Midwest and then promptly delivered. Good experience all around.

  I bought a used Toro diesel 6ft. z-mower with no waranty and bought as is. Had a problem shortly after purchase and expected to pay for the repair. Talked to the owner and was quoted a very reasonable price for fixing the problem. I brought it in for the repair and was
  kept informed on the progress. I would say they went beyond what I expected and would recommend them for any service work or purchase of new or used equipment.
  The repair was completed in a very professional manner.
  Thanks again Jon for a GREAT mower and super service.
