Service had me in and out for a wheel replacement very quickly. Very friendly and courteous. Tom Merkle my service manager is always on top of needed services and is in tune with the type of driving I do. I have found the service department excellent to work with, informative and always offering suggestions on how to best maintain my vehicle.

Pierre Farah was an excellent sales person. This was my first experience with him as my previous representative moved on. Pierre was welcoming and friendly, and he made a good effort to accommodate my needs. Though I was not quite ready to move to a new car, he helped negotiate a deal I could not refuse. :) :)
I have been a long term customer of Capital Honda, and I have always had good experiences with their sales representatives and service staff. They do take customer loyalty into consideration when doing business.

Jake is a fabulous service person. He is attentive, intelligent, friendly, listens well and is authentically interested in helping. Because of this I trust what he says about my vehicle. I so appreciate him and the dealership in general. Everyone I deal with is friendly and helpful. I feel grateful to have found this dealership and to have begun purchasing Hondas. My first Honda is a 2014 Civic and I love it!

I recently bought a used Honda accord at this location.The sales person "Kris VanNocker" was so friendly and so knowledgeable about the car. In the middle of conversation, i asked him whether it's possible to lift the car using the car lifter to check the parts under the car. To be honest, i thought he's gonna say "No, we are busy", something like that. But he said "Yes" without any hesitation. That made me to trust this guy and the condition of the car. Big Thumbs up! Even the sales manager "Sam VanDam" was so friendly and he was checking with me whether everything going fine. I've been driving that used car for a week and I really like this vehicle. I'd highly recommend this dealer!

It was my first time leasing a vehicle and Capital Honda made it a piece of cake! Even with savaging credit, Capital Honda accommodated to all my vehicle wants and needs! They showed me all the different payment options, and even signed me up for the College Graduate program (which I didn't even know existed, so if that's not a deal then I don't know what is)! The BDC Manager and Sales Associate made my very first leasing experience an amazing one! Thank you Capital Honda!

I have been consistently impressed with the service I have received from the Capital Honda dealership in Lansing, MI. When I have come in for a car repair or oil change, I have been treated with respect and thoughtful service that makes me feel truly cared for. For example, I had a conference call during the time of my wait, and the service representative allowed me to use a quiet space for the call. I would highly recommend this dealership!
