My wife and have purchased cars from Bill Walsh in the past. Always great experiences. We just purchased a car in May. It has been back to the dealership 5 times. Toyota is purchasing the car back however, I purchased an extended warranty, clear coat etc from the dealership. They will not return my full investment in a car that is faulty even though they are getting the car returned to them. The sales manager has been uncooperative and insulting. I have lost countless hours of sleep, business time and family time because I have had to return to this place multiple times. Do not purchase from here unless you want a nightmare if things don't work out at no fault by you. I will be posting this review on every Bill Walsh page and review site.

There are always dealers that are pleasant and easy to work with, and stand behind their words and promises, but unfortunately this is not one of them. Been almost 2 months and still waiting for what I was promised. I have now decided to take care of it myself, and pay it out of pocket, basically because I am tired of getting the run around. So they won this match, but I will just make sure never to step foot on any Bill Walsh lot again.

This dealership is really really really good at lying and wasting your time. They have zero respect for customers. PS setting up an appointment is useless, they won't respect your time and will lie and look confused and point the finger at another employee to take the spot light off of them. AVOID at ALL COSTS.

Found a vehicle at an amazing price! Customer service was amazing, and Joe made the entire process so nice and easy!! Before getting there I had spoken with several employees on the phone who all were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful getting me the information I requested and changing appointment times. They stick by what they say, unlike many car dealerships. Will be back in the future, and highly recommend!!!

I called on a Monday and they were able to get me in the next day. I arrived early and was given a ride to work. When they had to order the part, they returned my car to work and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Again, I arrived early, was given a ride to work and my car was dropped off. It made a worrisome problem a breeze. Ross and Whitey were most accommodating and my car is back in tip-top shape!!

I bought a truck from this place, and it leaked every fluid possible. They made a blatant attempt to hide it, then said the previous owner must have had the engine cleaned and that's why the engine was spotless when I looked at the truck. Luckily the bank that financed the deal wouldn't pay for the truck so I got my money back.
