Great place to buy or service your vehicle. Sales staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy. The service dept. takes care of any issues you have with your vehicle. Great family owned business!

Two cars we test drove were filthy and both had check engine lights on.

**THEY TRIED TO RE-SELL THIS 2011 TITAN AFTER THEY MADE ME PAY THEM $500 TO BUY BACK THE VEHICLE AT CURRENT MARKET VALUES WHICH WAS A LOT LESS. (DID NOT GIVE ME MY FULL PAYOFF THAT THEY PROFITED ON TO BEGIN WITH) THEN THEY TRY TO PROFIT FROM IT AGAIN AND TRYING TO SELL IT WITH EXTENSIVE DAMAGE** ANYONE WHO MAY HAVE BOUGHT THIS BEWARE! EXTENSIVE DAMAGE! THIS TRUCK SHOULD'VE BEEN TOTALED OUT! DAMAGE TO FRAME AND FIREWALL NOT ON CARFAX. 1N6AA0EC3BN318993

BUYER BEWARE! Bought a Truck that was in an accident which was stated on the CarFax, but what was not was the bent firewall steering components and "bolts missing" in the bent frame that should've been caught in their inspection when they removed the tires to check the brakes, which now I would believe they didn't even do that. When asked the sales person that if it had structural damage or frame damage was told, "no". When asked numerous times to see the inspection of the truck through their service department when they acquired the truck, The owner Brad nor the sales manager Dennis could not provide one on a car that they Hove Certified. Funny, as an owner, you can not provide a request for your customer and state "it's around here somewhere" or question your processes in "YOUR" service department. You put a mother and two kids in this vehicle daily. They obviously knew of the damage and were hiding it to cover it up and profit from their mistake of buying this problem car at auction. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE! DONE WRONG TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! 1N6AA0EC3BN318993

This place has the best atmosphere of any dealership in the area. There is great teamwork between the various departments, which has made my experience there smoother than I ever could have expected!! For sales, ask for John McAuley! This guy goes the extra mile for his own customers, but I've seen him go the extra mile for customers that didn't even purchase from him just to make sure they're satisfied with Hove! He cares about the people he's working with, and is definitely the most down to earth salesman I've ever talked to.

I've had horrible experience in the past dealing with car dealerships: pushy salespeople, unfriendly staff, and just in general lack of knowledge of the product. Hove Nissan has completely changed my perspective of how a dealership experience should be. Very friendly, informative salespeople who took time to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Ivan Garcia at Hove!
