Nice place to take the kids iceskating. Only thing I noticed is the kids get the old skates all the time. Everyone else has new skates and they are the rentals. I have always had a package for 4 wondering if that is why.

Burger Plex is cool, good coffee, and great snack bar in the lobby , decent skate sharpening, rink 2 and 5 seem to have the best ice. Enioy!

Plenty of vending and refreshments options. Lots of parking and some seating available outside the ice rinks in a more common room setting. Well maintained and clean facility. A Bill grays restaurant is the cherry on top. Hopefully it’s open when you’re there.

Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex is five star I've been to several ice rinks and Bill Gray's is still number one the staff is very friendly courteous and kind and I will continue to bring my grandson there the hockey program is great and his coaches are very professional

Lights, Camera, and Ice? That's right, it was time for the 4th Annual Wine at Center Ice Event held at the Bill Gray's Regional Ice Complex. This time around I was joined by my partner in crime Marissa N., who was more than ready to start the circuit around the ice-rink. Remember, the location is an ice-rink, so dressing warmly is appropriate. I enjoyed the concept of walking around the ice-rink with my jacket and hat on, as the vendors on the other hand did not enjoy the crispy air so well. Check-In process went smoothly, as the event considered us a vendor which gave us extra time to roam the floor talking to vendors. Before the event, guests had the opportunity to register for the silent auction to win some fabulous prizes. All proceeds for this event went to Holy Childhood to develop better school programs, and activities. This event had some top class restaurants to join some top class wineries, and they all pulled off a smooth flawless program. During the event they had multiple ice-skating shows, as everyone thinks they are the new Nancy Kerrigan. I was disappointed with the wine glass we received for the event, as I thought it should have had the event name printed on the glass instead of the sponsors. Unfortunately, other guests did not like the glasses either, as most I saw where left behind on the tables. The progressive flow around the rink with the vendors was laid out perfectly, while the silent auction items sat in the middle of the rink. With jackets and wine glass in tow, it was time to see what some of these restaurants where all about.
Marty's Meats- I have to say the pulled pork sandwich topped with their signature Marty's BBQ sauce hit the spot after drinking. It was a hearty sandwich, valued to that of a full meal alone.
Chef's Catering- probably the BEST meal of the night, as their Italian Crostini's where made perfectly. The crostini was topped with fresh tomatoes, onions, basil, and then topped with a tangy balsamic drizzle. Yes, I grabbed 2- Yummies!
Kennan's Restaurant- these guys had the BIGGEST food spread topped with fresh artichoke hearts, and chicken french. The chicken was cooked perfectly with a light lemon flavor topped throughout. This restaurant did an excellent job keeping the entrees rolling on demand when the event got busy.
LyonSmith Brewing Company- always enjoyed hanging out at their Brewery with the dogs, so it was nice to see these guys bring with them their signature Rylie Pale Ale. This was a red pale ale that was surprisingly aggressively hoppy. It was also finished with an earthy taste.
Ugly Duck Coffee- At this event, they had specialty coffee's made to order. This helped when you were ready to take that long drive home. Their lattes are out of this world with flavor, and jammed packed with all that caffeine goodness. The barista even designed an awesome frothy heart in the middle of my cup- BONUS!
Texas De Brazil- these guys killed it with their Flank Steak topped with garlic mashed potatoes. The presentation was suburb, and made you feel like you are eating a classy meal right out of their restaurant. The basil garnishes where unnecessary on top of the dish, since they just got in the way from all the deliciousness underneath.
Apple Country Wine and Spirits- I loved the interactive vendor at this place, as Apple Country has some of the best spirits around Monroe County. Bringing to the table was their signature AppleJack Moonshine which consisted of nutmeg and butterscotch flavoring. This tasted like an apple-pie moonshine every-time. Also they brought Cordials Tart Cherry which gave you this chocolate rush to go along with the rest of the food.
Special Touch Bakery- This Bakery is located right in Holy Childhood, and is responsible for their famous Peach and Huckleberry Cobblers. The peach compote was evenly placed inside these pies, and where packed with flavor.response / report this review -

tried to call to get an open ice schedule on 8 April 2017. CLEARLY a mechanical voice very hard to understand, but was giving ice times for the 3rd & part of the 4th week of March!!! NOT helpful!!!!! And calendar on website confusing - is it open skate or a private birthday function?!?

Went to a organized skate outting for children, skate and meet kid characters like Elmo and the likes. Here I am skating with my 5 yr old granddaughter and 3yr old grandson I start hearing the music being played and here is full blown rap music with F-BOMBS for all to hear. I congratulate the organizers for feeling that f-bomb lyrics were appropriate for 3-10yr old kids. We told iceplex staff at the front desk who replied that we just provide the venue, sorry but this reflects on your business. Poor decision on your's and the organizers for this. We'll never bring kids to this rink ever again

Facility is nice but the people who work there aren't the most helpful. School age kids hired to work there who don't pay enough attention, skating way too fast around the beginners and small children scaring them. They also charge extra for the bars that young kids use to hang on to as an aid to learn how to skate. Was kind of disappointed when we found that out. Overall, just not as pleased with the experience as we would have thought.

This is a cool complex. Went here for my nephew's birthday party but was surprised by how nice and modern everything was. I didn't skate so I can't attest to the conditions of the ice but everyone from the kids to the adults had fun.

Facility if amazing. Great beginner program for Adults (personally did Never Ever 1&2). Just wish the Skate and Shoot was not a pick up game and time alone to practice.
