Just out running errands, I had a return at one store and I ended up purchasing a Christmas present for a family member at a different shop. Not there long, wasn't delayed for any reason. I was able to go in do what I went to do and go on with my night. An easy quick, short trip to the mall, nothing special.

Not many stores. Has a good food court, but the store selection is better at Eastview. Overall it's pretty small

Marketplace Mall is a fantastic Shopping Center. There is something there literally for everyone. They've certainly done a fantastic job to create a very welcome to feeling even through the holidays. Definitely take your kids on the carousel well worth a trip to Eastview Mall in my opinion. Also a lot of fun to take your children to see Santa or the Easter bunny as well. Very excited to see a lot of the new Progressive retailers coming to the mall as well.

It's an okay mall. Shops and prices are standard for the area. I feel the food court is sub-par, however. It's lacking choices/variety and any vigor. The whole vibe is "you got hungry while shopping and decided on convenience over atmosphere or desire for anything creative so you stopped here."

It is a nice place and you can find some good things. It is a shame that Macy's was closed and JC Penney is small. I like East view Mall better.

We had an amazing dinner at The Melting Pot. The waiter, Ben, was very helpful, attentive and anxious to help make our dining experience the absolte best!! He informed us of the meal otions, best days to suit our dining preferences and offering any possible assistance to insure our return in the near future. Ben is a true asset and a Ben that showed his dedication to the customer and to his empoyer at the same time!! I will be recommending this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional place to have a wonderful meal, from appetizers to desserts, The Melting Pot is second to none!!

Not a mall person. Hard to find your way around, very little staff to guide you. No one seemed to know where the bus stop was-- and the bus service doesn't seem to go very regularly in the afternoon, but if you have to go to the mall, then at least this place has a lot of decent stores to choose from and find a good deal.

Went to the Body shop and purchased perfume with natural ingredients. Buy 3 get 3 free. The sales associate was a bomb ass red headed chick. Mad down to earth. Went to NY & Company and purchased 3 dresses from their new line for $70. I saved $97 off the original price. The mall was one story only and had 5 branches like tentacles each leading to a dead end of stores. To get to the other tentacles you had to come back to the center. We also went to the mini golf place. They have a game where lasers are obstacles to which one must negotiate to win. The directions weren't clearly visible and the dude at the counter wasn't to interested in helping us despite calling to him several times for help with what we were supposed to do. The game could've been fun but it was ultimately a wack experience.

For an indoor mall in 2017, this mall does well. Very welcoming with a lot of open stores. I recommend visiting if you need a mall to shop through.

It's a nice mall. It's not as nice as East View, but it gets the job done. I'm pretty sure the sales are better here though

To Mall or Not to Mall. That is the question. I remember when Marketplace was the newest mall in the area, sparkling and clean with lots of new stores. It is still clean, don't get my wrong. They do a good job of keeping it up. However, it has lost its new car smell.

They have a good amount of empty store fronts right now. There is mention of it turning into more of an outlet mall and that would be cool. People are looking for a deal. I tend to only shop there when I know one of the stores is having a big sale.

It is still a good place to go to get out of the cold/rain/other inclement weather to walk. I still see people doing that all the time. You need that in NY. It is free use of a track without having to brave the weather.

The play area in the middle is nice for younger kids. The food court is still a staple for many people looking for something quick and you really can't beat walking around with an Auntie Anne's pretzel. YUM! So, it's okay. It's not stellar and it's not the worst. I will continue to shop there as long as their doors are open and they have good stores and good deals.
