I called at 4:30 ask what time they stop inspection they said, qoute at 6 I drove 25 mins to there. Got there at 5:18 after driving through rush hour they asked me what I wanted? I said oil change and inspection sticker. He said we stop taken inspection first come first serve. Why didn't they say that on the phone very unprofessional. I will never go back to them. Beat it all it was a manger too. Sad learn communicate and detail how did you get to be in that position as manager you need retrained.

Avoid this place! When I went through the carwash (which I was told was touchless), my aluminum rim was damaged. I contacted customer service, assuming that they would assist with a new rim or rim repair. I received a letter back stating that after their "investigation" they determined that the damage was "did not occur due to any negligence" on their part. As a final insult, they gave me two tickets for interior cleaning stating, "We feel this is more than fair under the circumstances."

Wife took her car in for an oil change$49.99 when she asked why it was so much she was told it was a "high mileage oil change" car has 70k miles also the receipt states she received a "free Super Kiss" the car is not any cleaner than it was before the oil change the car visibly hasn't been washed in awhile. I called customer service because I thought something was fishy to ask the price of a basic oil change. $29.99. I'm not sure where the other 20.00 came from but buyer be ware get a price before they do anything to your vehicle.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR OIL CHANGE!
Me and the previous owner of my car come here to do oil change for at least 3 times. I use full synthetic oil every time. They are not cheap and are supposed to last at least 1 year. Then my car raise this oil pressure too low warning every time around a half year after changing the oil. I first though my engine was too old and burning oil until I noticed this oil leak on my parking place. It turned out they DID NOT FASTEN THE BOLT so you have to return and change the oil every half year because of empty oil.
I am so angry! They are treating you like a fool and tricking your money away.

The Henrietta, NY Detail shop is AWFUL!! I purchased the basic 10-minute interior cleaning with the extra trimmings. I watched my car my car come off the line and get parked at the outside station and there it sat. I waited 30 more minutes, watched 3 other vehicles come off the line, get finished up and the owner drove away. I finally asked for the manager, he looked and said “its all set, I’m not sure why someone didn’t come and get you”. When I looked is over none of the extra trimmings were done…no rain-x, tire gloss, etc… There was a puddle of water left in the passenger side floor mat. The writing was still on the freaking window from when they marked what services I needed…. I do love Delta Sonic but this location SUCKS.

Personally I prefer not to use this location I love Delta Sonic but it really seems like the employees at the location in the city are more courteous and customer service oriented. Additionally, the staff at the location downtown are always happy and seem like they enjoy their job and are quite good at it also.. seems like everyone at the suburb locations are always grumpy :(

WAS THE BEST CAR WASH IN THE WORLD LOVED EVERYTHING THEY DID CUZ THEY DID IT ALL AND THEY DID IT WELL BEYOND .THE WERE THE BEST I DID LOVE THEM SEEMS THAT THE SERVICE HERE HAS GONE DOWN HILL VERY FAST CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST HERE ANYMORE NEW MANAGERS THEY ALL SEEM TO HATE THEIR JOBS Y ARE THEY NOT FIRED??THE CUSTOMER IS KING,WITHOUT CUSTOMERS YOUR OUT OF BUSINESS THEY HAVE REALLY GONE DOWN!

The wash is the best, substantially better than the one for whom I cancled my Delta unlimited pass, but any time the weather is even somewhat decent, the line is out to the street.

The staff is super kind, and the people running the wash know how (mechanically, chemically) to do their jobs well. The office staff at the 1-800 number is rude. When I called to cancel, she ended the call by saying "if you sign back up, your no longer going to get that rate."

When the location near my office has the dual wash they plan to build, I'll see about going back

Delta Sonic on W. Henrietta Rd is the best Delta Sonic in the city, and the best car wash, gas and convenience store combined in the city. I've truly never found one comparable, and I've been to many. When the restaurant in front went out of business, I said to family, wouldn't it be great if they expanded even more. Sure enough, a sign went up saying the very same thing! I'm psychic! Lol. Love this place and its staff.

I'm up to my whit's end! I pay for a monthly not only for an unlimited exterior but for an interior as well, and the service MUST improve. Listen, it will not kill you to change the wipe down towels. Now, I understand I can request a clean towel every time I get a wipe down, unfortunately for me, it's the last thing on my mind, but you have to hold some accountability in providing good service, especially when you should know your job or at least common sense enough to switch a towel if it's too gritty to use. I constantly have to find one scratch after and another. Today, they left some sticky substance on the truck area and fender area, and instead of taking a few extra seconds to wipe it off, they just let it to dry. Immediately after the wipe down I go to get my interior done and when I saw it, I lost it! I do appreciate Anthony wanting to correct the situation and they are good for that, but it was the extra time I did not plan for, plus not getting it right the first time around.

I'm an excellent tipper!

Very busy location, difficult to get in or leave due to traffic. Usually backed up. Otherwise it's a good service with a large detail shop for quick interior cleaning.
