  We tried going there today (Sunday) and the posted hours were different. They were closed. Drove an hour, bummer. Someone from their biz should keep this updated.

  Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices are fair. Could you maybe get a deal online probably but who do you go to if you have issues with that deal. I'd rather support local.

  I parked my car across the street from the bike shop, and left for a three-day bike ride on the GAP. I asked for a parking recommendation at the bike shop, but I inadvertently parked in the wrong spot ( 30-minute maximum zone), and would have received a parking ticket. Instead, one of the owners of Bikes Unlimited told the police it was a mistake in communication, and asked the police not to ticket me. She didn't have to do this, but I very much appreciated it! Very nice people and great community asset.

  These guys really saved the day!! Almost had to cancle our bike trip due to my forgetfulness, but stopped by and the mechanics fixed my ride up in a jiff!
  Great customer service, good advice , chill place ! Would highly recommend.

  These guys were very cool. I bent my rim on the GAP and I stopped at the lean-to shelters next to the Red Caboose for the night. First thing in the morning I roll down with a squiggly and rubbing wheel to Unlimited Bikes to get it fixed. The guys were on their way out to take care of their Mom. They decided that because I was travelling that they would take care of me. No attitude, no fuss, no muss. As a matter of fact, I had a wonderful conversation with them as they fixed the rim. They fixed the rim and off I went to Cumberland. This is a must stop for any problems with your bike. Couldn't ask for anything more from them.
  Thanks guys for being there for me and helping me complete my journey to Cumberland.
