Was just told I need to schedule an apt for service and next one is 12/12. Due to construction they can’t take my bikes. Seems crazy at the end of nov. construction is there issue not mine. Maybe run your stores better and you won’t need to combine the ski and golf with this store.

I've gone 5 times in the last 2 days and I've had freaking great service. The guy(Steven) who helped me found me the exact right size bike, sized me, and got me the exact bike I needed. They have a great selection on bikes, helmets, etc. the process was fast and helpful. If your reading this Steven, you da real homie!

Both times I've been here, I've asked for advice on a product and the employees act like I'm bothering them. They didn't offer to talk about the products, just pointed to the rack and said the info about the products are on the box. Very bad service.

My brakes were being really squeaky on a bike I recently purchased from Target. It was embarrassing to ride so I had been discouraged for a while. Well I had been doing some shopping today and while I was over by Barnes And Noble I decided it wouldn't hurt to have them check it out. I brought in my bike and everyone was very friendly. The guy who fixed it knew exactly what to do and even rode it around before giving it back to make sure he did a good job. Still makes a tiny noise but it's not as embarrassing, plus he said that's what would happen. Didn't charge me anything (thankfully! I only had $20 in my bag!) Not only are the brakes better but I feel like it rides better now that I'm not embarrassed to stop myself from riding into a car or something bad. He also was very quick. 10/10 would recommend. (Bikes and gear were expensive, but service was excellent!)

Bicycle Village of Littleton, and Peggy along with the rest of FREE Kids Learn-to-bike class instructors has been amazing. They are very patient and explain bicycling on a level that kids understand and master. They have taught two of my children to ride, and they are always polite, patient and professional! Everyone was a joy to work with and I look forward to taking my youngest son when he is ready!
