Betteridge is the place to purchase fine jewelry. The quality of their inventory is unquestionably superior, but what really stands out is the personalized care they take to make sure their customers are satisfied. Specifically Donna Varbero helped me with the recent purchase of an engagement ring. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable she showed genuine care in ensuring that 1, I knew what I was doing and 2, that I got the right ring for the right price. She had that special professional perspective that just cannot be replaced.

I have the opportunity to interact with the sales staff at Betteridge and have observed that same level of care and emphasis on customer satisfaction throughout.

Betteridge has been my jewelry store of choice since I first started looking at engagement rings. Randy made the experience very personal and easy for me, and I came away with a vintage ring for which my wife still gets compliments. I have gone back to Betteridge whenever I've been looking for something special, whether it was an anniversary or to celebrate the birth of one of our three children. As a male who wears no jewelry apart from a watch this place is very refreshing. The sales staff are actually watch people. Regardless if you go in chatting about Rolex, omega, tag you name it, they are super helpful and have provided countless information about various models and brand history.

What an elegant, yet comfortable store, and what lovely people to assist you in making the perfect choice from among so many beautiful options! Unlike many high end retailers, Betteridge has a casual grace about it that made my shopping experience feel relaxed, yet focused so that I could both browse comfortably and purchase confidently. Amazing jewelry store! Great customer service - but Saturdays are very busy so you will have to wait awhile if you go on a Saturday. Betteridge has classy sophisticated jewelry and wonderful estate pieces. Their repairs, custom jewelry, and settings are fantastic!
