  Horrible car rental experience, 2 different employees tried to charge me additional fees, they also asked for a $200 deposit upfront. You have been warned by a recent customer, you are better off renting off elsewhere with no bad surprises.

  Very nice service, quick and easy, reasonable prices, and the car was pretty clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and it was a hybrid which also helped.

  Loved the corolla I drove for Christmas, and I have to say the process to rent was so smooth, thanks to Daisy, she explained everything needed to know, and when I asked some questions, she answer them with knowledge. Thanks again, I'll be there whenever I need a rental again.

  Booked a 6 pm car reservation. Due to typical train delays I was going to be arriving around 6:15. I called to inform them and was told they close promptly at 6 and there was nothing they could do for me. I am now stranded in Stamford. I understand booking a car that late towards the closing time is risky (on my end) but I wish they could have done something to help me.
