Pretty good hotel. Didn’t care for the smell in the hallways but the price was worth it. The pool was warm, the indoor pool room was frigid, despite the numerous heaters at full blast, the temp wouldn’t budge for the two days we were there. Great complimentary breakfast and a friendly, helpful and accommodating staff.
Excellent. My stays at Baymont Inn of Harvard, Illinois have been all together Excellent. The owner along with his great staff have provided me with making my stays a wonderful experience each time. They are all friendly, kind, great personalities, & courteous. I highly recommend this hotel (Baymont Inn of Harvard, Illinois) to meet all your needs & making your stay a pleasant & warm experience.
I stayed here a few weeks ago with my 2 year old. It was freezing cold and raining and the woman at the front desk actually helped me bring all of our stuff up the stairs. The customer service is absolutely superb in my experience. The only downfall is stairs and a quaint bathroom. We enjoyed our quick stay regardless! Thank you!
The customer service from this hotel is just unbelievable. They bend over backwards to make sure your experience is nothing but excellent. We were happy with our 2 night stay (clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff) but what set it apart was when we left. An hour into our drive, we discovered my daughter had left her little polariod camera at the room. It was too late to return back to retrieve it but after speaking with the manager, he went to the room immediately to verify it was there. He sent it to us promptly and refused any payment for shipping it. Real good people work there and they will be our place to stay whenever we travel through.
Clean room great breakfast heated pool/sauna
If I could give this a 0 I would. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms are so dirty and we had no air when it was 95. They said they couldn't do anything but give us a fan. The man at the front desk said the Manager would call us later we found out he was the manager and lied to us. DO NOT stay here.
We blocked rooms for my son's wedding. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, Parseh during the day and Angel during the night who handled all of the room arrangements. The hotel is simple and and clean. It used to be the Heritage and is now a Baymont franchise which came with many improvements including the pool being completely redone, a breakfast room, new TVs and a lobby computer. The staff was helpful and accommodating with our plans for handing our Welcome Bags, an after reception party in the breakfast room and also our additional food for our guests in the morning.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is either travelling or wants to block rooms for a wedding in town.
Cozy place that gives you tons of privacy. Contential breakfast offered, swimming pool, and cheap nightly rates
Too many extremely bright lights around the building, I'd hate to live around it. Rooms are nice enough.
The service was good but the room was dirty. I found old food under the bed. The sheets had stains and the whole place smelt like weed as well. Would not recommended
Very cheap place to stay. Rooms had everything you needed but were a little out dated. The beds and pillows were nice. If your not gonna be in the room very much its a great place to stay.
This place was horrible. I had stains on my sheets. I had a tube tv that had a fuzzy picture. No hot water for my morning bath. Only stay here if your desperate.
Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Very nice and comfortable. Two things though#1 their high speed internet is pretty much of no use. #2 My first room didn't have a fridge. I had to ask for a room with a fridge. Both not deal breakers but things I experienced.
