Loved our stay, the beds were very comfortable, the staff was sweet. Breakfast looked like it had a very wide variety although we did not have the time to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay around the Port Huron area. It is also very affordable.

Great hotel, the elevator was broken but they called us to tell us as soon as we booked. We were given a first floor room and were very satisfied as it was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was AMAZING (for a hotel breakfast). Sausage, eggs, pastries, cereal, waffles, breads, fruit and more!

This is a great hotel to stay at with regard to friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and there is lots. Coffee is good. Will make sure I return. The hotel is close to all shopping you want to do

This is by far the best, Best Western hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is the best!! The new perks aren't shabby either!! Will continue staying at this hotel in future trips to Port Huron and highly recommend to anyone.

Wonderful 5 day stay! Clean room, amazing staff! Nice pool, breakfast was great. My kids liked playing at the park, my dogs like walking down to the river. Very accommodating. Anything we needed, we promptly got. Bbeds were very comfortable! We will definitely be back again! Thank you Veronica & Ashley!

Nicely renovated hotel. Elevator is a bit rickety but overall friendly staff and nice clean rooms. Great breakfast set up. A bit disappointed in the cost. Booked my room a week in advance and when I got there the prices were much lower then when we had booked ( we used the best western site -- not an external) and we still had to pay the higher fees for the room. Would stay again as there is a park close by for the kids but would not book in advance next time.

We had a wonderful experience. For the cost of the room and the comfort it was great. We got the room close to the elevator and it was great with a 5 year and the lugage. The staff was welcoming and considerate. I would recommend this hotel and if we come back to Port Huron in the future I look forward to staying here again. Clean rooms, easy parking, reasonable cost, and above all great staff. Thank You best western for having a hotel that shows that it can be done better with a little effort.

Over all not a bad experience except I was quoted a price on the phone, confirmed the price when I checked in, was billed accordingly. I was told the price didn't include my pet that I made perfectly clear I had and was bringing with me. The girl at the desk said it looks like they didn't include the $20 fee, but would honor the original quote. Pretty simple. When I checked out I was billed the amount I agreed to. The next day I noticed an aditional charge of $20 not included but separately. I call and was told the 20 was for my pet and I signed a paper agreeing to pay it. Apparently their policy is to make people believe they are getting a good deal, then charge more hoping it would go unnoticed or un disputed after all it's only $20. Not a good way to conduct business so I won't be returning to this hotel.

Great night sleep . Breakfast was hot with lots too choose from. Fitness room was awesome.. They have made a lot of renovations since the last time I stayed there.. Looks Great I would definitely stay there again..

Exterior of the hotel was very drab and plain which in all honesty shouldn't really matter however I checked in after dark and the parking lot was low lit and it made me feel uncomfortable. The person who checked me in was in stained unkempt clothing which added to my uneasiness. The hallways and elevator floors were so warped as I walked on them I was afraid they were going to buckle. They had a pool but I didn't use it so I can't tell you anything about it. It's fairly small so not many patrons could use it at the same time. They are under renovation which wouldn't have been such a bother expect they had loose boards sprawled around the lobby area making it look very unprofessional. I checked in after 8 so it should have been cleaned up by then. The room was clean however the sheets had some very odd gray stains on the them as if they were caught in some smoke damage. The curtain sheet also had some odd stains to them as if some one had cut their fingers and unknowingly touched the curtains with blood still on their fingers. Very small and easy fixes but it was just small things that added to my uneasiness.
