I won't be buying any furniture from Art Van again. First off I purchased almost 3000.00 worth of furniture and found out the end table wasn't in stock so would be shipped at a later date, first we were told early October well that month came and went with no delivery. My husband and I went to the store to inquire about the table to be told it would not be in til sometime in early November. Just called again and was told now Feb.! Someone had mistakenly cancelled it so had to be re-ordered. So now the holidays are upon us and my furniture set is incomplete. Nor happy at all! To top it off they advertised a free echo which I have never received and when the delivery driver left my home he hit a decorative metal art object and failed to at least apologize or even acknowledge his error, just drove off !! Spoke to someone at their corporate office and she didn't even offer an apology. Bad customer service!!

We have yet to receive our other half of our bedroom set that was suppose to arrive Mid March. Still is not in and they can not give me a date of when it will be delivered. Never again will we purchase from them!!!

Took 2 hours to purchase living room set (couch, loveseat, chair). Took 6 months to deliver, no word of a lie! When it finally came, two pieces of furniture were wrong, one was supposed to be power recline, the other wasn't. TOOK ANOTHER 6 MONTHS to finally get the correct replacements! Demond was the salesman. I'm pretty sure he was stoned out of his skull. By far the worst furniture shopping experience I've ever had. I will never go back.

We are very displeased with the quality of our sofa/love seat. Since delivery in September 2015 (1.5 years) - all arm padding has displaced and shape is completely uneven. I was told since I didn't purchase an additional warranty - there was nothing to be done. Keep in mind this set is under two years old!

We remodeled a small vacation home and wanted to furnish it this summer. We went to Art Van knowing they offer some really good deals on furniture. We were greeted upon entering the store by a nice young salesman. We explained we weren't sure exactly what we wanted, and wanted time to look around. He gave us time to look offered a few suggestions and let us look more. When we weren't able to decide he introduced us to Sarah Barnes. Sarah has quite a bit of experience with design and interior decorating. We looked around for a bit longer and Sarah began to make some suggestions that clicked for us. We were able to furnish our 3 bedroom place under budget and it looks gorgeous. Sarah was very patient, there was no high pressure sales pitch at all. We were able to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale which saved us a substantial amount of money. Our place looks great, the savings made us happy and Sarah made the entire experience a great one.
