A group of us (wedding party and family) arrived after the check in time to check into rooms we had reserved several months prior. None of the rooms were ready and several reservations had been changed (i.e. King suite switched to a room with two double beds). Desk staff were unhelpful and yelling at guest and kicked out the groom. When we finally got to our rooms, there weren't any clean towels. Next time we're in the area, we will be staying at hotel with more friendly and competent staff.

Clean building/Room, friendly staff. Ice Machine is on the first floor and breakfast was put away by the time we got to it. Indoor pool looked nice and also had a hottube. I would stay again.

I was very unimpressed with the dated rooms. The housekeeping efforts were lackluster at best. Stains on our sheets, rooms that reeked of smoke, and one in our group even found a used wash cloth on their shower. The price was great, but I'd pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

Nice and clean. Great staff. Good breakfast. Great restaurant called Theo's 3 minute walk away. Pool area is very nice and clean. Beds very comfortable!

Though it could definitely use some updates (it has a right off the highway old motel feel to it), the hotel was perfectly adequate for what we needed for our one night stay. The hotel was perfectly clean and the staff was very friendly.
We were disappointed breakfast was only available until 9am (especially on the weekend). It was nothing special, standard hotel breakfast food, but perfectly fine.
We would certainly visit this hotel again for the price and short drive to the waterfront.response / report this review -

So I enjoyed this hotel, giving four stars just because of location was hard to find. Went in April of 2016 to visit my Dad who lives over that way, it was snowing, cold, and dreary but the hotel was very accommodating and nice. I accidentally spilled my tea and went to clean it up and they said they would get it. I apologized but they didn't make it a big deal. Hotel room was clean, nice, and smelled very fresh, just like a hotel room would. Beds were actually pretty comfy but then again I like a firm mattress. Breakfast was pretty good. I remember them having eggs and such. We didn't get to go swimming (One night stay and got in late.) but I plan too stay again here in the next couple weeks I would say this hotel is great for those who are just visiting and looking for a place to stay. thanks!

The location was great for us. I think they need a sign by the road to were you turn into to get the the Motel since it's off the road a bit. The service was great as well as the continental breakfast. The beds were a bit hard for my comfort although others may not thinks so. I loved how they had towels to use for the indoor pool. When your on vacation every inch of space saved counts. The hot tub did not feel very hot and it was dingy stained brown as well as the pool. The hot tub and pool felt like there was sand on the bottom.

Great and clean but breakfast hour are to short. We were on a vacation and did want to get up at 8 to get showered and get there before than GREAT staff !!!!!

I had the occasion to stay one night. The staff was friendly the room was clean. I had a very enjoyable time. Looking forward to going back.

Friendly staff, clean room and dog friendly, you couldn't ask for much more. A little disappointed that the hot tub was warm not hot and the carpet in our room was damp from cleaning (actually got my socks wet) but you have to look at it like "well it's clean"!!!! We will be back!

This hotel was very nice to stay in. The rooms and lobby were very clean. The pool was enjoyable and new looking! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! Great breakfast provided in the morning with many options! Will definitely be staying again when I come back into town.

This hotel is nice and seems to be well maintained. Staff has been pleasant so far and our room is clean and free of any odors. The pool area is clean, looks new, and was stocked with towels. It's pet friendly, $15 per day/per pet.
However, I'm here during an apparent hockey tournament weekend. The lack of respect from some of the guests is astounding.kids yelling at each other from different floors. Thank you to the man who had to tell them to stop yelling down the hallway. The walls here are pretty thin and there's about an inch and a half gap under the door so every little noise is very noticeable.
The hockey and kids aren't the hotel's fault, obviously.
