Fantastic hotel. Stayed for two nights to attend by cousin's wedding. The pool area is beautiful! Felt like a resort. The courtyard is well taken care of and was a great choice for a wedding. Reception also at the hotel. Well organized with seamless transition between ceremony and reception. Highly recommend.

The hotel looks nice but don’t be fooled. We checked in and the room did not have AC due to the season and the room was hot. We had an executive suite and to fix they offered to bring a fan up. The bathtub was peaking and the furniture was stained and the bed was stained. The staff was friendly and willing to help. We were over charged. They fixed that but we did not end up staying. Not the best choice for a hotel.

This was a great place to go to a conference. The room was nice and clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. And the food was pretty good.

The hotel was clean and the staff was able to quickly check us in and get us to our room. The rooms are non smoking so you don't have to worry about that, and the room service was good. We ordered breakfast to be at our room at 9:30, and it was right on time.

The Kensington was clean and very welcoming. The front desk was all about making us feel welcome and comfortable. Lobby and rooms were well appointed. Bed and bedding were amazing except for the pillows - too soft and no support! Would definitely stay there again but bring my own pillow!

I haven't stayed at this hotel, but I've attended many events here. The recent remodel gives it a less dated feel. The restrooms are clean and use the soap/lotion that is available for sale.

I requested to see the pool, and the front desk provided me with a temporary key to access it. It has an adjacent outdoor area, towels, a small hot tub and a sauna. The pool is deep, diving is not allowed. I did not see a locker room in area.

The fitness center is accessed through the pool doors. It has cardio equipment and free weights.

I attend conferences for work at Kensington Court on a semi regular basis and the facility is very nice. The food is great and the meeting rooms are comfortable. I especially appreciated when I was nursing. I asked at the desk if there might be a place for me to pump while attending the conference. They provided me with a hotel room for the day. I felt so well taken care of.

Very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are very quiet and spacious. They do have handicap rooms that boast large bathrooms and extra living space. The pool is large and is also handicap accessible as is the gym area. The amenities are fantastic and the in-room dining is great with a good amount of options (totally recommend the sourdough bites YUMMMM). The price for this hotel is so affordable, and I know we will stay here on our next visit to Ann Arbor!

This hotel is nice. Conveniently located at a mall and right off the highway. During the snow storm electrical outage this last winter, the gave area residents without power discounted rooms. That's cool. Many U of M professional meetings heregood space for such.

Ate at Relish. Great menu. Service was great as well. This is a hidden gem outside of downtown Ann Arbor. I would certainly go back.

Great place to stay. Great service besides one of the men vacuuming the third floor "hollering at my friend" making her feel uncomfortable". Besides that everything was great. Great food at the new restaurant. The good was just a little bit too salty. Great Moscow Mules!

Went for an event. Dinner was good, except for the green beans. They were not properly cooked at all. And all there was to drink was water and coffee which would have been fine if they were more diligent about providing water glass refills. Other than that it was a lovely evening.

You can tell the managers love what they do and enjoy their job and it's passed down through the staff. No matter what time you walk in you get greeted with a smile, great hospitality and a friendly comment. My daughter who is 4 who loves the heated pool that was actually heated! Also was treated just like she was a guest too ( not a side thought) Very friendly for kids family and even business. If you can upgrade to the Executive level. Also if you plan to stay more then once in a year call the hotel directly and book and sign up for there rewards program. 100% would recommend.
