While convenient to airport and comfortable rooms, I found the staff less interactive and welcoming. Pushed paperwork across the desk and seemed taken back if asked any questions. WI Fi information not easy to find. I was leaving my car and asked about transport. The transport to the airport was fine and I was told the last trip from would be 10 pm. When I returned I called at 950 and was promptly told I had to call no later than 9:45. I would have to take a cab. This was never communicated and not in any information provided. The cabbie told me if I had told them I was going to spend the night they would have sent the shuttle. Instead I got my car and then stayed at the comfort inn

We chose this hotel because we love to stay at Best Western Hotels and it was the closest to Sanford Airport. The room was $125 including any discount. I thought it was at least $30. overpriced. The rugs and overall hotel had a mold/mildew smell to it. The bathroom in our room needed drywall work done and a new bath tub as it was stained. It looked like it was resurfaced at one point and was peeling off. The best part of our stay was the choice of creamers for coffee. We left too early for breakfast.

This hotel is serviceable. It is easy to spot from the road. It is conveniently located to the Civil Court complex on Park Place. The rooms are standard and clean. The staff is also friendly. Checking was a cinch. Check out was easy, too. It got the job done at a reasonable price with no hassles.

The hotel isn’t horrible, however there were not washcloths in my room. When I mentioned it at checkout the gentleman checking me out simply said “I’ll tell housekeeping”. No apologies. No offers on extra points, etc. Also, there was an HBO guide in the room, but no HBO, and the rest of the channels were very limited as well.

Other than that the room was good. Breakfast was decent as well.

We truly enjoy staying at the Best Westerns, when we're traveling, always around a $ 100. Bucks for a really nice , clean rooms, and breakfast is always wonderful. No need to stay anywhere else and hoping it will be ok.

Very nice clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, so many choices, and the raspberries and blueberries were very good. Even the coffee was as good as any I have paid for. I would stay here again just for the breakfast! LOL Super nice staff! Oh, and a soda pop machine with drinks for only $1.00

Checked in late last night after many flight delays. One night only. Room was clean and comfortable. Mattress was excellent. Coffee in lobby was excellent and hot, complimentary breakfast was also very good. Excellent place to lay your head. Thank you.

Ac was less than ideal until about 2 am and the room card maker wasn't working so I needed to be escorted back to my room if I left. The pillows weren't great but the room was clean, the bed comfy, and the TV/movies(att) were far better than expected. I would stay again but would bring my own pillow and ensure the card maker was functional beforehand

We stayed one night - we were flying early the next day. We got there early and were given a room before 3:00 check in which was great because we were both tired and just wanted to rest. Angel at the front desk was extremely helpful with any questions that I had. We had to grab an early breakfast which was a continental breakfast and that was very good. This hotel is close to the airport and has a shuttle starting at 5:00 AM to the airport.

Room smelled like smoke - made me feel sick. Very nice decor. Tub & Shower clean and in chipped. Base of vanity and bathroom door not clean: drips and dirt smudges on door. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Loved the oatmeal, the waffles and eggs with sausage. Great to have a microwave near the breakfast area. Breakfast attendant was very nice.

This was an older hotel that looked like it had been updated but the update was not done very well. Rooms were pretty dirty and had a strange odor.

I will say that the staff here had great customer service. They were very pleasant helping us with our laundry and made an extra shuttle run to the airport when there wasn't room on the first shuttle. There was also a good breakfast selection.

Hotel is convenient to airport and does provide a shuttle. Decor is old and not tastefully done. Room cleanliness is ok but detail cleanliness is poor.
Will look into other options in the future.
Nice selection for breakfast, but not all products were available.

Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. They even accommodated me with a ground floor room that I requested. Lots of variety on the breakfast buffet. It was a pleasant two days for us. I will stay at Best Western on any future road trip and will recommend it t as well.
