The hotel looks nicer in pictures than in person. Website add is misleading with the hot tub in the room..we didn't have one and to have one was going to be an extra charge. Worse pillows ever and when I went to exchange them they were all the same. They were old- washed pillows with bumps all over; honestly, unacceptable. The pool is not heated as they state. On a positive note, ocean front view was nice. The location is very convenient and the Jacuzzi was nice and hot.

This place is a hidden gem. Was under construction but had zero issues. Remodel is always nice. Had a tv issue with room they immediately moved me. Great accomadations. Janet is great!! I highly recommend.

Basically you get what you pay for. decent rate decent stay. If you’re looking for a quick stay and don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel then this is the place for you. It’s right on the beach which is a plus.

Rooms were nice and modern. We were on the third floor looking out at the ocean. Beautiful view. Beds and pillows are pretty firm. Some cosmetic dings around the room- not a biggy though ) but could be to some people). Would stay again!

Balcony door did not lock, phone in room did not work, safe not working. Needs to be updated inside bad. Apparent that no one is taking care of the place. Staff had to be asked everyday for towels and wash cloths. Sheets not changed in a week. Breakfast is muffins, apples or bananas and yogurt. Needs to offer at very minimum a continental breakfast.

The room was amazing. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday. Everything was great. I only didn't get 5 starts because of the limited parking. If you decide to come only travel in one car!

This is a small hotel that is nearing the end of a renovation. Currently it is three stories without an elevator. The rooms are small but very nicely done, very clean and new. The pool area is very nice. For the price this was an excellent find.
I did not give 5 stars because parking is a bit of a problem. But the real complaint is; I booked the hotel because they allow dogs. I wouldn’t call it dog friendly. There is no place to walk a dog except a vacant lot across the street (A1A), which has no grass - it is really overflow parking. So we ended up walking the dog up and down A1A to nearby grassy areas. And, Ormond does not allow dogs on the beach.
Again, this is a very nice little hotel for the price, everything is new. It is just not the best place for your dog.response / report this review -

We stayed here for bike week and it was an awful experience. We confirmed multiple times that they could accommodate trailer parking. When we got there other guests were moving their trailers to another location because their trailers almost got towed. So we had to wait while all this was happening and the staff were trying to arrange getting the permission of a nearby hotel lot that was being renovated. So we moved the trailer there and noticed a ton of nails in the lot and couldn't even see the trailer and then that evening 3 guys tried breaking into it. The next day (Monday) the construction crew returned and told us we had to move and weren't permitted to park there we told them The Lotus said they got permission they called the owner to confirm and was told he never gave The Lotus permission. So needless to say, we were so inconvenienced we had to reload the bike, repack everything and find another place on a moments notice during the busiest time (bike week) that accommodated trailer parking. The Lotus did not offer to do anything but just kept making up excuses and blaming everyone but themselves. We ended up at The Hampton Inn and had a much better stay despite all the heartache that this place caused us.

It's even nicer than expected. Very modern & clean. Because it's only 3 stories you don't have the crowd that comes with the larger hotels & that will definitely bring us back.
The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant.
To save a little money we went with the 'City View room' on the ground floor near the pool & will request it again in the future.response / report this review -

Excellent service, nice staff, very clean hotel. Downside: no elevators, no laundry facilities, and the Continental breakfast is very sparse. However, would definitely stay again! Excellent location. Nice pool, hot tub and fire pit. Excellent beach side view, and very accommodating staff.

Stayed at The Lotus Boutique Inn and Suites for Mothers Day and my Birthday. Adorable Place, huge hot tub in room. Just steps from the beach. Ocean front room. There's nothing they haven't thought of. Manager and maintenance available right away if for some reason you need them. Very nice people, great staff, and very clean. Loved my stay, will come back. Very relaxing. Happy Camper. State of the art everything. Small and quiet spot on the Sea. Not crowded like some other places North and South of there.

Really cool trendy vibe in a completely updated old motor court hotel. Front desk check in was friendly. Got a great room and the updates they've done here are amazing! Great value for what you get! We're still here and I wanted to wow this review! Great views too!

WOW! This place is amazing and I was actually able to relax on vacation (which is saying something)! The rooms were amazing and very clean and the accommodations left nothing to be desired. It was amazing to sit outside and meditate and the Lotus Boutique Inn & Suites--they have reading nooks by the pool, an awesome fire pit that is amazing to sit at at night, and a really nice view! The staff was also very friendly and I loved our girls that cleaned our rooms (they were so sweet and accommodating). My family and I had a really great time over my in-laws 45th Wedding Anniversary weekend.
