Staff was very helpful and kind. My only hang up was that the rooms had an odor. We had to change rooms once because of it. Overall a very quiet and comfortable stay.

Upon walking into the room it had a stuffy smell and after further inspection I walked into the bathroom and there was dried urine on the back and bottom of the toilet. There were cobwebs in the corners of the floor in the bathroom and the walls and doors in the bathroom were dirty. I always take cleansing supplies when I got to hotels so I decided to test the floor to the main entry and it was so dirty that the wipe I used was black. The room itself was just old. They need to learn how to clean properly if they need cleaning lessons I would love to teach them how to pay attention to detail. Even the hair dryer was nasty I had to wipe everything down. I will NOT ever ever ever stay at Hawthorne again.FILTHY!!!!

The hotel is right next to the highway so there is some noise from that. There was also construction work going on so that added to the noise. The fridge in my room was also quite loud but I got used to it. This is not a quiet place to get work done (as I was trying to do) but it is a good place for a few nights if you can get a good rate. It is convenient to the mall and other shopping areas/restaurants and the highway to Orlando.

Impeccable services! Checking in and out was a very smooth process. The area was very quiet and ducked off, and right next to the mall. The bathrooms were clean and well put together. I loved the fact that it had a kitchen inside with the refrigerator, stove and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the view was ok. The halls were very quiet and the gym wasn't packed. The customer service reps were very delightful and friendly. I can not wait to return !!!

I chose to go here with my Daughter and pet during the Irma Hurricane🌀They were so sweet, considerate, and last minute was able to get us in. Been to many Hotels in past but, especially with this particular situation they weren't your normal Hotel🏢 They were concerned about our safety, treated us as Family, did all they could to make this a non stressful stay (considering the circumstances) The rooms are clean, fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms are clean and roomy .Full breakfast buffet 🍌🍞🍩🍵🥛🍳🥓 .A lounge area where I met The nicest people ever! The entire Staff(please forgive me I am bad with names) 2 young Women and a young Gentlemen..7🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for you guys!!! You All Handled this in the utmost Professional Manner. Even though we lost power, they walked up and down halls, stairways all night to make sure we were all ok! Pet Friendly! 🐾Thank you, Thank you All 💖Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Staying here. Oh and the Prices are the most Reasonable! Can't ask for Better! Come and see for yourself!👌👍Btw this is coming from a person who is extremely particular!

Cheap rate and accommodating during Hurricane Irma. My room was clean but smelled musty the entire time. Room came with a full kitchen and every utensil you may need, AC worked great, but it seemed like it had a single drip outside the window that dripped the entire time. Updated, modern bathrooms, which was nice. Lighting was a little yellowy-dim (lamps and decor could use updating to make rooms look brighter). Service was nice.

This is our 2nd time staying and we enjoyed it even more than the last time. Suite was huge and clean. Lots of mosquitoes by pool. Friendly staff. Great options for breakfast, eggs are good (I am very picky about my eggs). Will stay again

Very spacious apartment-style rooms. Free shuttles to Universal (unfortunately only once in morning and once in evening) rooms could be better lit, but great location within 2 miles or so of Universal.. solid hotel, free parking/breakfast and not an unreasonable price, we would stay here again.

Our room stank!! The carpet was so saturated with the smell of burnt and fried food from the kitchens inside each room. I had to buy a candle and burn it the entire time we were in our room and that didn't help. The AC sounded like it was about to take off, we couldn't sleep with it on because it was so loud. Very dingy looking hotel. I won't stay again and I was embarrassed that I took my guest there. The hallways smell of 8978 different smells from everyone cooking in their room. No ventilation at all!

Very spacious rooms with everything you could possibly want! Wow I have knives and forks in the kitchen along with plates cups I don't have to purchase paper utilities! Love it!!

Beautiful!! My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The only reason it has to receive a three, is because we had to return to the front desk, twice, before finally settling in. The first key was to someone else's room, the second would not work. I guess , third times the charm.
