Great experience. I will definitely keep Best Western in mind for future stays. This location was Clean, Safe and good quality for the price.

Booked a hotel room with them over the phone asked them if they had truck parking then said yes. When I get there was not able to park. I explained the situation to the worker to cancel they said no problem that they still haven't processed the transaction.. so nothing to worry about them charging my card.. 1 week later I look at bank statements I see then took the money out and now I keep calling and they keep saying they call me back to refund the money still haven't heard a call from them keep calling and get the same story. Worst experience ever and customer service!

The Best Western Plus was a nice and clean place to stay, the only problem we experienced was staying on first floor and noise level on guests on second floor in evening and morning. In addition, when reported at checkout the staff member only said, "I'm sorry." Recommend to stay at highest level floor.

The hotel was great! Super clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was a plus as well with good variety and options. Definitely one of the best hotels in the area!

I had to work in the area on 7-20-17. My stay at this best wester was typical for the hotel chain. During my departure I left a pair of Adidas slippers i got for fathers day in one of the rooms. When I called back they had not been returned or placed in the lost and found. DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND cause you will not get it back. I will make sure me or the company I work for will never stay here again.

Horrible customer service!!! Zero people in line with a room paid for online and still a 30 min wait to check in. Had to stand in ankle high water in the shower, called and absolutely no one came to fix the issue! Finally had 2 bikes stolen and a Thule bike rack vandalized right in front of the office window overnight (filed police report) but not one apology on any of the issues from the manager Daniel! Obviously 2 issues are on the hotel and no accountability from you Daniel!!! The company can thank you personally for one less guest!!!

This hotel really deserves the "Plus." It's scrupulously clean and well maintained. The beds and bed linens are high quality and the bedroom/bathroom are nicely decorated. Because the rate also includes a full breakfast, this is very good value for your money.

Staff was not upfront about crib fee when calling in advance. Surprised by $20/night fee for a cheap-quality crib prior to check-in. After 7 minutes to consider fee called back and was lied to by a different employee that there was no crib available. There was one available and we eventually got the crib. During the stay, my son asked front desk staff to use restroom and was informed that they did not have one. He then asked a worker in the cafeteria and she told him there was one and to ask the front desk to use it. My son went back to the front desk and asked again and was told it was out of order. My son stated the cafeteria worker said it was functioning and the front desk worker checked and let him finally use it. Please beware of staffs' lies and poor customer service.

For the most part our stay was good. We had a few issues: 1. checked into our room and found the main light in the room wasn't working (I work in hospitality, that is usually something that is checked when cleaning rooms), they did move us to another room (not as nicely decorated and didn't have a few of the same amenities from previous room) 2. New room had a clogged shower drain, filled 3 inches in less that two minutes. They did take care of that while we were out during the day, but again, those are usually checked while cleaning. 3. Breakfast was not good. Eggs had a 1/4 inch of water in the pan, bacon was not good, best things were the waffle and the bananas.
