My room had almost NO HOT WATER, when I asked about it they said it was because to many people were using wster. Totally unacceptable

Very good location with full amenities and parking, friendly reception, efficient breqkfast with hit tea, coffee, chocolate beverages all day

Very convenient location! Literally 2 min walk from the board walk! I've uploaded a picture of how close it is. The hotel is clean, secure, and rooms are nicely decorated. Offers lots of parking. The beds are comfortable. Even though your so close to all the attractions you can't really hear it in the room but you can hear the concerts going on from the beach.

Great friendly staff. Miguel at front desk to house keeping, maintenance, security love these guys. Would definitely recommend over other locations we have stayed at that had odd smells and not so friendly staff. Usually we stay at condo's but last minute booking fortunately we were able to pick up couple nights at the Carousel. Glad we did clean,smells good no musky odor and location perfect for access to boardwalk. About seven minutes from Mystery Spot.

I have stayed here for the last the 10 years and it just keeps getting better! Last summer we got a 2nd floor room overlooking the boardwalkAmazing! 😎 The staff is wonderful.. 😃the rooms are clean.. and we slept with the windows open.. the beds were comfortable 🛏and crisp clean linen and towels🚿..I slept like a baby! Nice continental breakfast.. and you can't beat the location!! Right across from the beach boardwalk.. 🐳🎢🎠🎡love this place🤗😚😍

Was a wonderful place. Perfect location, rooms were fun and clean. Friendly staff. Needed lodging for a youth roller derby team. Lauri went above and beyond with making this trip a success. Been traveling and booking hotels with this team for 3yrs. This was the best experience I've had with Booking and Checking in. Thank you Lauri and Staff. I'm ready to come back with my family on a personal trip.

Can't beat the location. It's across the street from the main entrance to the Boardwalk. And the staff was helpful. They allowed us to park at the hotel parking lot prior to check-in time to allow us to go to the Boardwalk when it opened. Only complaint would be the noise and comfort of the beds. The walls seemed thin, we could hear lots of people coming and going throughout the night. And the pillows are cheap, beds are a little hard. But those are minor issues with me. Overall, we were pleased with the experience of Carousel and would stay here again for future Boardwalk trips.

Omg this hotel is the best around. We went this past weekend (during the off season) and for the AAA rate got the room for $116. Queen bed with a private patio! It was SO clean and comfortable! Only con is how hard the darn pillows are. Other than that, would 100% stay here again and definitely will!

Really cute. Simple and cozy, beds not too firm. Got a nice view of the boardwalk and beach! Everything is walking distance, perfect getaway. Loved the balcony as well. Got complimentary chocolates for Valentine's day as well.
