Great location if you're heading towards Disneyland & Disney California Adventure as it is literally across from the entrance to the parks. My family loved that the rooms were adjoining rooms and that's a big perk if it's a large group which we were. The bed was great although my brother thought they were too soft. The room was clean and the shower was also clean. Great breakfast offers with a balcony for outside seating, and I hope to be able to go back and stay there again!

We have stayed at this location before. It’s across the street from Disneyland, parking & breakfast is included in your stay. Upon check in the employee was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Our room was really nice, clean & beautifully decorated. Express checkout was a breeze! I love this place!

Let me first say, I created an account JUST to write this review. I have never reviewed anything online before, but felt the need to do so because the Best Western Plus Anaheim Inn is awful! After we checked in, I immediately noticed how dirty the beds were. With dried liquid substances on the the duvet covers and decorative pillows. Black hair on one of the towels. We had only been checked in for a couple hours when our key card stopped working. My husband had to run back and forth to the front desk, multiple times, only for them to tell him it was fixed it wasn’t! Then we were told several times someone was on their way up to fix it. They weren’t! By the time someone showed upAfter many calls from usmy small children and I were in bed trying to sleep. They said they are going to have to replace the whole key card mechanism on the door! They said they will be back in the morning. The people that work here are so unapologetic. We haven’t even gotten through our first night here!! Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

We had a great stay here - the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Best of all was how close this hotel is to Disneyland and California Adventure - excellent when you spent all day there and can't walk another step!!
The breakfast was a great addition and had different hot options each day. Also Denny's was just next door and we had take out one night and ate around the pool at the hotel - perfect!
We used the laundry room and it was great to have this facility.

Great price, friendly staff. We stayed here during our visit to Disneyland. If you are going to Disneyland, buy your tickets here. Same price as the park, but no lines!! Very short walk to Disneyland. Was able to park/leave my car before we could check in and leave it til 6pm the day we checked out. Also nice that they offer breakfast, one less meal to buy. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a newly remodeled room. The decor was asthetically pleasing. The table and chairs were inconveniently placed. It was placed between the window and the bed leaving about 6 to 8 inches to walk by. The room was clean, stocked with plenty of pillows and towels. They had a mini fridge and a microwave. They also had a newly remodeled breakfast area providing free hot breakfast each morning. They had eggs, ham or sausage, waffles or pancakes plus other items like cereal and oatmeal. The front desk staff was friendly; however, I am an elite member and was not recognized as such. Overall, it was a good stay.

If you are going to Disneyland this is a great hotel to stay at. It is right across the street and next to a Denney's . The hotel serves a good hot breakfast and you can get dinner at Denney's to save on some $$$. This hotel is clean and quiet and was a great value. Update 09/17/17 This was our second visit to this hotel in the last 12 months. I was just as happy as the first time we stayed. Even better now they have remodeled all the rooms and it gives a fresh clean feel. We will be coming back in 5 months for another visit. To the very nice lady at the front desk in the day time. I still want your Mickey spiderweb pin to trade maybe next time.

BW Plus in Anaheim was a Beautiful hotel. I would love to return. The staff was all cheerful and very pleasant. When asked questions, they always had the answer . The Hotel was being remolded and you would have never known it. I LOVE THIS HOTEL!! The rooms were beautiful and the Breakfast was AMAZING .. Thanks for all you did to make our vacation even better

My family and I stayed at the Best Western across Disneyland for three nights. It was our first time staying there, and we are definitely coming back. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and it had everything working properly. It offered free parking and breakfast. The breakfast was diverse and the staff made sure that it was kept restocked until it was over.

Great value as location is on Harbor right across entry to Disneyland. There is free parking and breakfast. Bed is not that comfy and can hear sounds but for everything else it's a great value. Was very impressed with their new breakfast room. Awesome! Will go back especially since they have a rewards program vs some of the similar hotel choices we've used in the past.

Excellent room! Staff was very friendly and room was priced reasonable. The breakfast that is served is outstanding! I highly recommend you stay at this hotel. This is now the only hotel I will be staying at for future trips!

We had unexpected extra day to be in CA so decided to go to Disneyland. It was a busy Memorial Day weekend and I was calling through the list of hotels in the area trying to find a room. Thankfully, Best Western had one! Within minutes they had me all checked in via phone. We drove up about 15 minutes later and were so happy to see the clean and tidy exterior, the spacious rooms and friendly staff. It was only a 5 minute walk to Disneyland. We will certainly be back!

For USA standard, very good breakfast.
Clear rooms and bath.
Just few steps from both parks (other side of the street).
Near everything - market, restaurants and so one - everything done walking.
