Always love staying here. Very comfortable rooms/beds, fun water play area and hot tub, short walk to DLR and super customer service. Highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our room, with 1 king-size bed, was spacious. It’s within a short walk to Disneyland. There are 2 pools including a splash pad area for keep kids. They do NOT offer free breakfast but Mimi’s (for a sit-down meal) and McDonalds are both very close.
Great hotel if you're planning on heading to Disneyland since it's within walking distance. The rooms are nice and there's a lot of amenities for kids (waterslide pool area and a small game room). Room service is very detailed about their work to keep the rooms clean.
Clean, nice room. Water park is great for the kids and the pool is nice. It’s really close to the highway, so noise may be a factor I you’re a light sleeper. However, after a day at Disneyland, nothing could keep us up.
This place was tons of fun. The water park was awesome for the kids. And it's walking distance to Disney.
Rooms were clean and had the basics like a coffee maker, safe, fridge
Highly recommend if you are planning to stay a few days.
Great location for walking to Disneyland, friendly staff, rooms are all that you need for a Disney vacation (nothing special but not bad). My wife was able to access the wifi, but I couldn't on my phone. Overall a good experience, they upgraded us to a queen room when our travel agent booked us double beds, so that was awesome! Luggage storage on checkout day was also super handy.
The hotel was very clean and had a great family friendly feel. The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the water park and pool areas. With a store that packs all of the essentials and a small games room to pass the time, I will not hesitate to go back again.
Resort grounds were in lovely shape. Rooms were nicely appointed. There are several buildings, so it can be quite a walk from one end to the other. The building we stayed in was right next to the freeway, so it was a bit noisy. The water playground was great for small children, though not much fun for adults.
Location was perfect for Disneyland. My four grandkids, ages 5 to 8 had a lot of fun in the water park. We were in Building 1 and had a great view of the fireworks. Rooms were clean and the beds were immaculate and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and check in and out was quick and easy.
Maybe a little dated but great value for money. Would recommend to families.
Friendly helpful staff. Slight inconveniences during our stay with laundry facilities temporarily out of order in our building but there was another facility a few buildings away. Water plumbing works being fixed during stay. Extra cost for roll away bed. Convenient location opposite Disneyland with many dining options nearby. Many dining places open 24 hours. Small gift shop within hotel open until 11pm which was handy.
Stayed her with my girlfriend on a two day trip to Disneyland. Nice hotel. Convenient location to the park. Great customer service. Only problem I found was a ball of hair I found left over on the towel I used after a shower left me with a bad taste for cleanliness for this place.
Can't be beat for the price! Would stay there again. Easy walking distance to Disney, which was great when your feet are soar and need to take a midday break. Room was clean, and hotel was quiet. We barely heard any other guests. Pool and splash pad for kids was very appreciated on hot days since Disney doesn't have any real water park features. Staff was friendly and helpful when we needed extra blankets and to rent a car for the day. It's not a 4 star hotel, don't expect luxury, but it's clean and quiet and the staff work hard to make you feel welcome.
stayed here for our Disneyland trip. it's a short 10min walk and along the way to Disneyland is a stripe of restaurants, McDonald and across the street from the hotel is mimi's cafe which is really good as well. nice staff, amazing kids pool. we would go to the park for a few hours and at the peak of the heat we would come back and enjoy the pool for few hours and go upstairs and get ready to head back to the park. hotel is dated but it was built a long time ago. rooms are clean, we were in building 3 so our room was fairly quiet when we slept. our building didn't have an elevator but staff were always around to help carry our luggage and stroller up and down the stairs for the most part. we would definitely stay here again. my daughter said this was the best hotel she's been to and was sad to be leaving.
Really good location and an easy walk to Disneyland! Prices were great compared to some of the other resorts nearby. We only used the hotel to sleep at and didn't get to use the water park but it looked like a lot of fun. For the price and location, it was hard to beat.
The hotel is so far is great, big, clean rooms, super friendly staff. We're spending the week at Disneyland and the hotel is really close (5-10 minute walk) to the parks. There are several 'grab-a-quick-bite' restaurants within walking distance, and downtown Disney if you're looking for more of a sit-down. The kids are having a blast with the water play area, which is monitored by at least two life guards all the time. There is also a larger pool (independent front the children's water feature) that adults can enjoy. While the decor seems a little dated (not a big deal), the only thing that I do miss is a fitness center, as I like working out in the mornings to get the day started.
