We loved the location of this hotel, within walking distance to downtown and a nice area for walks. Beautiful pool and hot tub area, very private and view of the mountain and Palm Trees, found it very relaxing. Morning breakfast was till 10am, so we found that very useful and the food was delicious. Rooms were quiet and dark, great shower and maid service excellent. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice little hotel not far from downtown Palm Springs. Breakfast buffet was good and I enjoyed being able to take a late dip in the jaquzzi since it's open 24/7. Front desk staff was very welcoming (thanks Frederick and his manager on duty!) and provided many suggestions on places to check out within the area.

The front office staff at the Best Western Inn at the Palm Springs were amazing. Very helpful - provided direction to various attractions - provided us with information about attractions we were not familiar with. The central location was ideal for us. I will be recommending this hotel to others. Thank you for a great vacation stay.

I hate giving any star. I came into this motel after driving 10 hours from the Bay Area. It was 5:00 pm. I had a travel coupon book with me and lay ed it on the counter and asked for a downstairs room ( I have asthma) . Just as I made my statement a very tall black man came through a door from the front desk and old the guy behind the desk hey ' remember we don't have any rooms! He laughed when he said it and the guy behind the dest smiled a "yeah okay". Thursday night 5 pm , 6 cards in parking lot and no rooms??????it was a lie! I was discriminated against because I was a blond white woman. They thought it was really funny. If you look at your register for October 4 ,2017 you will agree. I told the front desk guy I know your lying and I'm going to report you.it was bull. I'm yelping you

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very polite and professional. They give complimentary cookies and water. The hotel also has free breakfast everyday. When I got there they gave me a map of the hotel and circled where everything was so I could find my way around. The room was very clean and everything in the room worked fine (internet, shower, iron, tv, etc). I would definitely stay there again.

A/C in our room was not working. My ONLY REASON behind the 4 stars. Other than that, front seat provided us with a fan, and I bought one as well to keep us cool during the intense triple digit weather. The hotel itself is very clean, and welcoming. Only sitting room for the breakfast portion was OUTSIDE in the pool area, and accessing the coffee shop for the breakfast is also through the pool area, it was a setback for me personally due to my toddler kicking and screaming the entire time because she preferred the pool over any breakfast food. The waffles are DELICIOUS! The parking lot is clean and feels very safe, including nights, the lot is well lit. We got a pool view room and all commotion going on at the pool was NEVER HEARD through our room. BIG PLUS. Like I said, the A/C problem was my ONLY reason behind the 4 star rating. If that issue were fixed, in my opinion, THE PERFECT HOTEL for a family stay.

good value for a short stay (1-2 nights). this property is a great location having a car. the staff were super; however, the property needs a slight face lift especially the rooms! the pool area and breakfast was the best thing. easy in-easy but not a hotel you'd want to 'resort it' for a fabulous Palm Springs vacation. it was a one night crash for me only.

Been staying here for years. Nice clean hotel. Pool area is awesome. Every time I come and stay in Palm Springs, this is where I always stay. Good continental breakfast. Nice and secluded pool area.

Staying for five nights. Check-in was quick and friendly. Rooms are clean and typical. The reason I give 5 stars is the breakfast by the pool, which is right at the base of a mountain, gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

Our check-in was quick and easy. Room was easy to find. Nicely furnished, quite comfortable. Clean.
The pool is nice and jacuzzi, too. All kept clean.
Breakfast was served by the pool and it was very nice. Plenty of seating. Nice arrangement, must request waffles.
I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here. We plan on staying here on our next visit!

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower water temp could barely get more than warm. Door had missing weatherstripping in places and could see daylight under door. Breakfast by the pool was very good. Fresh, tasty and presented nicely.
