The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The resort isn't particularly fancy, but our junior villa was nice for 2 people. The pool has a fun slide for kids and there's a poolside bar & grill. I would definitely stay here again

Stayed in a spacious three bedroom suite. Had plenty of space and was easily split with one of the bedrooms being a studio. Beds were decent. Pool is heated in the winter and very inviting. Slides for the kids and a smaller kiddie pool as well. Decent half court indoor basketball court, but all of the balls had tumors. A little gym as well to work up a sweat or lift. Resort is located on the outskirts of the town so it's definitely not walkable if you're planning on going carless. On the same note, all of the covered parking is under building in a very short garage. Only 6 feet of clearance so anything slightly large would struggle to get cool, covered parking in the summer.

Resort is very nice overall. The pool, hot tubs, and slides are great. The food is surprisingly good, but with a considerable price. The rooms themselves were good, not outstanding. The weather was very cold, but the hot tub stayed warm. I stayed for 1 week, and I would definitely come back next year.

Check in was pretty good. Grace was the representative.
Our room was not good. It smelled like fresh paint. Very fresh !! The heat/cooling system sounded like a metal grinder or something similar. It was a loud, uncomfortable noise. There were no chairs nor a dresser of any description in the bedroom. The right door of the under-sink cabinet has a bad hinge, or adjustment, and will fall off at some point. This unit was just renovated, an expense that all of us pay for. The workmanship is marginal, at best. If this were my house I would not have accepted it, nor paid for it.
If our stay had been any longer we would have asked for a different room. I guess that pretty much sums up our review.

Comfortable family resort with modern upgrades and good amenities. Everything was fresh and clean in both appearance and smell. Don't be fooled by the term "villa" - our junior villa was basically a nice hotel room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff! Spotlessly maintained inside and out! Beautiful pool area! I can't think of anything that could have been done anyway better!

The room we stayed in was amazing! Staff was super friendly. It has a huge pool. It's just a few minutes away from the main strip. It was great all around!

Nice resort tucked behind a small mountain. Easy to find. Going through renovation currently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Luckily here when the weather is under 100. Great pool area

Staff was excellent. Pool was not only murky, but the pool tiles were black with residue. Miss the convenience of the drink and snack vending machines, and volleyball net. Rooms and facilities were spotless and very comfortable. Took part in many on site activities, and had a lot of fun.

Keeps getting better with remodels and updates. It's the best of both worlds, condo style rental but hotel style service. We had 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dining and living rooms, coffee makers, pots, utensils, mixing and baking dishes like condo rentals. But with extras like fabulous shampoo and conditioner, lotion, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee, creamer, sweeteners, staffed desk 24 hours and activities scheduled. Not quite the hotel daily cleaning but way better than condo rentals. They came about every 3-4 days with towels and took trash and weekly did a whole clean including all new linens. Best was three was no need to clean every thing before we left like in condo rentals. Laundry was paid in each building but they said it will be free soon and they give you soap. Easy disabled access all around but be sure to tell them if you have any needs for your room access. Support animals (not emotional support, more like the ones that help with tasks) are welcome. Kids, even little ones, will LOVE the pool and multi sized slides.

Pool area was very nice, and cannot complain about the vicinity to downtown. However, the furniture in the suites is fairly outdated, and while recently renovated, there was mold throughout both bathrooms. Cleaning service was apparently once per week, though required a reminder on behalf of our family to actually take place. This was not a bad experience, but could have been much nicer.

We stayed in a time share. We had 2 suites. One was a one bedroom with one bathroom. The other was a two bedroom with 2 bathrooms. They both had a nice kitchen. Very clean and comfortable.

I stayed in 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom mountain view. Spacious master Bedroom, living-dining room and the balcony!! Clean!! Friendly staff. Free WiFi. Bath tub a little small, bathroom door handler did not lock, but overall we loved it! Thank you Diamond Resorts!

We arrived at the resort around 245pm our room was not ready. They sent us to the pool, which is pretty but there is a ring of dirt around the edge. When we checked into our room, we could not get the TV to turn on our air conditioner was not working. There was food on the floor under the dinning room table. We asked for extra towels and if they had housekeeping we were told that housekeeping would cost extra and the towels took over 3 hours. A bartender and a guest got into a fight pool side in front of kids. The cover to the air looked rusted around the edges. Needs to be updated and deep cleanned.

For me, this resort moves to the head of the class. Their recent declaration to become SMOKE-FREE was the best decisional upgrade made during the reno process. I cannot tell you how irritating it is to smell cigarette smoke or pipe, vapor airborne toxins, especially when you're trying to enjoy your vacation and it's supporting environment. The room renovations turned out nice and overall the resort upgrades were fantastic. The pool area resurfaced, more shade canopies and umbrellas and bar area has a clean look now. Diamond, thank you for making the necessary updates to this property!!
