Great place for the price, and staff was friendly. Make sure you bring your own toiletries because their soap/shampoo is dinky.

Rooms have balcony with nice view of mountains. Room was spacious but towels were stained as well as pillows and blankets. Restroom would make odd noises at random times of the day and night. There was a big black bug on the sink. A.C was getting warm at midnight called front desk and they came fast and were able to fix it.

Had our Annual Family/Friends Reunion here year againhad a blast once again. A few things that concerned me this year is we all payed different prices for our rooms and ice machine wasnt working :(

Very disappointed, pictures and reviews on company website were misleading. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. Otherwise, the place is run down and dirty--see pics (hole and stain on shower curtain, dirty fridge, the place they served food was dirty, cement is all damaged around pool area etc) We attempted to get a refund but were denied :( Also, they said my original registration was cancelled then gave paperwork and found it, they said sorry but since we weren't expecting you your room A/C is turned off (room was 101 when we arrived :/)

It is a terrible hotel. It is dirty dirty dirty and the staff is beyond bad. Stay away at all costs.

Quick stay. Has wifi. Offers breakfast (limited). Pool. Room look better than the exterior. Good place for a one night in town.

Excellent location, right on the free Buzz Bus shuttle line to downtown. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff very helpful, with information about local attractions. Discounted advance tickets to tram are available at front desk. Room basic but fine.

Great place to stay for the night. The room had a king size bed, there is a pool with jacuzzi and breakfast buffet in the morning.

Was there end of March and enjoyed it very much. Pleasant staff who offered assistance, ,clean room clean pool and hot tub area. Not too shabby. Very comfortable beds, great location. Near restaurants and downtown for exciting bars and shopping. Lots to do will return!! lots nearby malls!!!
