Room was very nice. Employees very helpful. Only had one meal there. A little pricey but very good. Would definitely stay there again.
Very clean and neat facilities, a very contemporary look and feel to the place with awesome hard rock memorabilia. We sat in the lobby bar and enjoyed our chat with the bartender who helped guide us in choosing a great place for dinner as well as what we should see in the area. We visited on a Monday so the place was very quiet
Had the best experience in the lobby bar- Trish helped us feel so comfortable, recommend drinks per our tastes & even found new coffee when it was not available with the kitchen. Service was 100! Great experience & welcoming atmosphere without any pretense ❤️ Thank you, Trish!!!!
Stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel for 3 days for a quick getaway. We really enjoyed it. The service was friendly, rooms were clean, pool was a lot of fun. Great entertainment in the lobby and around the pool.
The downfall was you couldn't bring your own drinks to the pool, the balcony' s attached to the rooms were filthy, the food is mediocre at best.
The location is amazing. Downtown central and close to shops and restaurants. You don't really need to drive anywhere.
We will definately be going back!
The hotel is great. The staff is super friendly. The rooms and decor are very rock and roll. The location is central to everything. Downtown is across the street. Many of the gay bars and clubs are in the shopping center next stor.
Very nice place, but seems a little dated. Very convenient to everything. If you've never been to PS, everything is only 2- 4 blocks easy walk away. Rooms, restaurant, and lobby are very clean. Bathrooms are ere nice and roomy.
The hotel has super comfy beds, clean, helpful staff, and conveniently located to the main area. Free shuttle from airport. Ventilation in rooms is mediocre, but rare to find great fresh air returns in any hotel. All in all a good stay. I knocked off a star because of the fresh air and you had to rent a fridge if you wanted to cool down beverages.
Gorgeous hotel, very interesting and eclectic decor. Many fun events are held here. The restaurant is excellent. I have never eaten anything there that was not spectacular. The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly, helpful and take pride in their good service. Everyone should stay here at least once and definitely eat in their restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
We didn't have a room here, so just talking about the bar- We went in to use the bathroom and stayed because we liked the band playing. Some people were very dressed up, some were in jeans and a t-shirt. I liked that it didn't matter. But it feels a little weird just being in the middle of the hotel lobby, it's not really set up for dancing, and my drink (a Jack & coke) cost $10.
Our experience at the nightclub at the Hard Rock was great. It was now amazing but it was definitely a fun night. The drinks were surprisingly cheap. And the music had a lot of variety. Although the bar was always wet and drink were spilled throughout. I don't know if there are better alternatives in Palm Springs.
Staff was nice. Check in took a bit but we were there before the 4 pm check in time. The resort fee is a bit much at $40/day. Rooms were clean and shower worked well
A group of friends and I went to dinner there together. Everyone's food was great except mine unfortunately. The service was excellent and the drinks were strong. Great environment. We got into the club there for free which was nice and a good time.
The hard Rock is definitely up to date and trendy. Love the decor and memorabilia all throughout the hotel, just like other hard rocks if you've ever been. This was my first stay here. The one complaint I do have with the hotel and the reason for the 4 stars is that the pool is beyond lackluster. Very small and limited hours as a guest, 9am - 8pm. Other than that, the hotel is great. We booked through Expedia using our points so the stay was very affordable, but I can't speak to the costs if booking direct. We also did not eat at the restaurant, so no comment there.
The decor of thus hotel is very nice. They have a great lounge area which includes a pool table, a game lounge, and bar area. Hard Rock Hotel also has a nice jacuzzi and warmed pool that uses natural mineral water typical in Palm Springs.
Even though the decor is nice, that is pretty much where the "nice" experience ends for me. With the valet taking more than 20 minutes to bring our car around when we were in a big hurry to be somewhere (it took them five minutes when we were leaving), parking my car under somewhere that left a massive stain on my car's paint, and offered us a room that shook and vibrated when someone opened their sliding glass door.
I would most certainly recommend that this place is worth a walk-through but I would not recommend staying here.
So, my wife and I booked a couple of nights here for part of our honeymoon stay. I have to say, Palm Springs was an interesting city for us not knowing what to expect. Once we arrived at this hotel we were skeptical. But once we went in it was instantly cool! It wasn't that busy so it felt that we had the whole place to ourselves.
The pool is the baddest thing we have ever been to, with the great music playing surround sound, amazing outdoor bar, and bartender Kris was awesome he made up a drink on the spot and it was great.
The room was very big and comfortable.
I cannot leave without mentioning how incredible the food was at the indoor restaurant/bar! It truly was as good as the menu described it and the food was picture-perfect when it arrived to the table.. like how you see big, juicy burgers on the menu you will receive a burger that looks just like it. Also, the Fish and Chips are to die for.
Overall, this is a place you should stay. The staff are great and accommodating. The restaurant and servers/bartenders are great as well. Enjoy!
