Checking in at 6pm, had to wait for someone to show at the front desk and that too with least enthusiasm. But the registration clerk was alert enough to tell me that valet parking is for $25/night but didn’t want to mention that self parking is $18/night and expect me to find out from the fine prints I’m signing on and give me a bill of self parking in the morning at check out. There is ample street parking right across the wall of self parking and many more at the casino next door.
Hilton playing tricks to make money fooling their customers, so hard to believe.
So very disappointed with the service and overall experience, never felt like this at any other Hilton property, hope someone will read at least if it really matters to them.response / report this review -

Out all day. Came back to room at 3 pm to find had not been cleaned. Asked to have my room cleaned and went back out for another 45 minutes. Returned to find the room still not cleaned. Had to find a cleaning person in one of the hallways to get fresh towels. Went to front desk to complain and was told I had to schedule a time to service my room. I expected from 8 am to 3 pm should have been sufficient time to clean the room and then to have to return a second time to my room exhausted to find the room still not clean after being assured it would be is infuriating. I love dogs, but hearing barking dogs at 2 am is not fun. The restaurant which is in the hotel but we were told was not part of the Hilton family is the saddest looking restaurant in a Hilton Hotel I have ever seen. I would have given it zero stars except it is conveniently located. One should expect better from a Hilton property.

Good size rooms but a bit need of update. Very dog friendly. Great views of pools and mountains. Short walk to main street of activities (111B). Large area for self serve parking and valet as well. With the one way streets it's a little tough to get into the main entry of the hotel.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided running trail maps and upgraded my room to a suite for no charge. Highly recommended!

Great views and great pool. Only there for one night but the accommodations we're nice and comfortable. Also very near restaurants and tourist spots. Easily walkable to most of town. Sherman's Deli, across the street, is a must-try!

It's a nice hotel beautiful rooms. More than I expected just awesome all around customer service can be a bit better but still good. Great to go on a Monday or Tuesday all adults pool is Mel with 2 spas.

Very nice hotel, very comfy bed, and giant pool with two hot tubs. We ordered fish n chips from room service and it was absolutely fantastic! Room service was very good. We paid $30 for upgraded room and it was very big suite! We were very I with quality of this hotel!!!

Great pool, good location, friendly staff, nice rooms. Really enjoyed my stay here. Short walk to town and an easy drive to everything else. Very relaxing and comfortable.

I initially booked 2 queen beds but they didn't have anything available at the time we checked in. Although we checked in pretty early, we got upgraded to a junior suite. The room was so spacious and clean. Probably one of the nicest rooms at the Hilton. There's also plenty of street parking if you want to save $18 self parking per night.

Fantastic location. Staff was really amazing. We had a number of requests and they showed no sign of ever being annoyed. They worked quickly to meet our needs. Will definitely be back.

I love any chance I get to go to the Hilton Hotel in Palm Springs. Their hotel is beautiful and their service is incredible. I would recommend this place to everybody and I do.

We stopped by the pool area for "a" drink and to our surprise stayed there for hours. Thanks to the bartender & crew-Jocelyn, Christian & Andrew you made our weekend memorable. We need more bartenders and staff like you. Don't change and keep it up. We'll be visiting and recommending you!!

We have only been here 1 day but so far so good! All of the staff we have talked to have been very helpful and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool area is clean and towels are provided separately which we appreciate. It's also in walking distance to the casino and several restaurants.

This hotel was quite good. Very close to the airport; convenient if you are leaving soon. We had a great room and were quite comfortable. The pullout bed was not that comfortable, I'll admit but fine for staying a night or two.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palm Springs. I have always loved the Hilton brand and I'm loyal to Hilton every time I travel. Since I'm local, I am still a fan of Hilton because I know I can rely on the service and quality of the property, food and ambiance. Highly recommended if you're looking for a sure thing with all the perks and things you expect for a luxury stay in a resort city like Palm Springs.
