Very comfortable stay. Having been in business for many years, I learned it is the front line that represents your company. The gentleman who checked me in yesterday and the lady on the desk this morning are two people who do Best Western proud, I don't know their names and no, I don't work for Best Western. I just like to give credit where credit is due. My only complaint is that I didn't find the pillows very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again, perhaps next time just bring my own pillow

Stopped on our way from a personal trip from the coast. We had prior reservations. The hotel staff were under additional stress because of the snow storm (7+ inches) that was happening. They were very courteous, helpful and attentive to the needs of the customer. This is a pet friendly hotel and I would recommend it to anyone, with or without pets. The rooms were clean, updated and odor free. Thanks so much staff.

Check in was pleasant and efficient, convenient location, easy access. Close to several restaurants. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful at check in and check out. I would recommend this for business or Leisure travel.

It's right inside Hendersonville just a minute away from I-26. The room faced outside, which was more convenient for this trip as we had a lot to unload. At $15 a night pet fee it was cheaper than a local kennel. The room was standard, no issues. Breakfast was quite nice.

Very clean and comfortable room. Bed are almost too soft, pillows are too soft. Shower water pressure was incredible, loved it. Room has modern up to date decor. I would definitely recommend this Best Western.

BEWARE! First and last time staying at this hotel. If I could give it 0 stars I would. It was nothing but problems from the time I arrived to the time I left and still was dealing with issues 3 days later. I stayed at this hotel because it was the only pet friendly one in the area until I went to my next location for vacation. It was almost a 5 hour drive from my home to here check in was at 3 I got there at 1 I went inside to see if my room was possibly ready and was rudely greeted at the check in desk by a guy named Dan who said no it would be 3 or later. I went and grabbed something to eat and came back and checked in at 2:55 and it took me over 15 minutes to check in because he said he couldn’t see and was using a magnifying glass to see the screen and would he let anyone else help him? Of course not he was rude to them too. Finally I got to my room 112 which was nasty and extremely out dated in my opinion and the whole time staying there I felt disgusted the shower was dirty in the bottom and bathroom floor was sticky even the walls were dirty. I was only staying for one night so I tried to deal with it. The tv was constantly freezing up and the room had a bad smell. To get ice, food, etc you have to walk all the way around the building if you are on the back side which is a pain when it is pouring the rain like it was when I was there plus the drinks in the machine were all hot not cold. At night you can hear literally everything everyone near you is doing the person above me was beating and banging around all night. Here’s the interesting part of my stay. It was the next morning and I happened to check my bank account they charged me THREE TIMES for ONE night. When I went to the front desk of course I was rudely greeted again by Dan who said he didn’t do that when clearly he did because the other two times I was charged was right when I checked in. He continued to call me a liar the whole time and that he couldn’t do anything about it. Finally when I got in touch with the manager of the hotel she of course took Dan’s side and talking how great of a person he was but she couldn’t do anything about it I would have to contact my bank which was closed because it was Sunday. I finally got my money back 3 days later after the manager had to contact my bank and confirm everything with them. Long story short it was a pain in the a**. I thank the manager for finally getting the situation fixed but I shouldn’t have dealed with this in the first place. I paid almost $200 for this one room that shouldn’t have cost $60. All I can say is stay far away from this place and if you do stay here check your bank account! This hotel needs new staff and updated rooms. It’s bad when housekeeping is more friendly than people working at front desk!

Rooms were nice and clean, included pull out sleeper, King bed, flat screen TV, mini fridge. Continental breakfast included hot items like eggs, sausage, gravy, and waffles. Good quality food. Pleasant staff made getting in and getting out easy.

The hotel is easy to locate and drive to right off the exit. The rooms are a bit dated, but still very clean and we'll kept. This has been an enjoyable stay. Their complimentary breakfast it's great!

This is an excellent hotel. The room was spotless. It even smelled clean when we opened the door the first time. The pool was clean and very nice. Sarah and Jana at the front desk were wonderful. They made my seven year old daughter's birthday even better by treating her like an adult and handing her the room keys. The two ladies at the front desk really made her day better.

Fantastic place to stay! Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Price was great! A full breakfast included in your stay has something for everyone. There's also a Mexican restaurant attached to the motel. We absolutely will be looking to stay here again when on road trips. A++

The staff is great, super helpful when I needed my key fixed, very nice. The room was very clean and perfectly set up. My only complaint, which I'm not sure I can blame them for, was there was a strange smell in the bathroom. The only way I can describe it is the artificial smell sprays they use on haunted houses. I'm sure another guest left it but it went mostly away on the second night it was here. Otherwise, everything was great and I loved it here!

I loved your hotel from the start. I had a unique situation that Sara at the front desk handled like a pro! Very clean and newly decorated, my room was beautiful. I would recommend and stay there again.

You can't beat the staff and room quality. Their knowledge of area restaurants and activities are great. Their always willing to help. Great Stay Great Hotel. Right in the middle of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
