This was our second visit to this property this year. We returned due to the good condition of the hotel and rooms. This time we brought friends with us. Great job at this location! Will now have to check out some other properties since we have not stayed at Best Western in a long time prior to these 2 stays in Fort Myers.

Bathroom in the room seemed almost moldy, just new caulk around it.
Don't think housekeeping thoroughly cleans the rooms, as I dropped something and found a sock under the center stand.
Front desk was polite and helpful. Breakfast options were awesome.response / report this review -

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Fort Myers, FL. The location was very good because of a dinner show that we were attending. All areas of the hotel were in clean and good working order. The room was very nice and comfortable and amenities such as the free hot breakfast and internet was excellent. All staff members that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. If I had to list a negative issue it would be that the bed was too soft for us. We would happily stay at the Best Western Fort Myers again when the occasion comes up.

Just stayed the night here and I was very disappointed to leave in the morning. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The room was immaculately clean, the beds are superb, and the rooms have a very premium feel to them. All in all I was very impressed and would GLADLY recommend this hotel to any and everyone.

Rooms are clean, bed was pretty good and the staff that I dealt with were all very nice and polite. The breakfast was just OK. Two of the days I was there, it was slim pickings. Went to McDonald's next door. Not a big deal, but was hoping to get a waffle. The security at night is absent. I came in later in the night around do 11, no one at the front desk and some shady people hanging out in the parking lot. I just rushed in and went to my room. There are signs all over the parking lot saying to park at you own risk and the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage. Really? That's a nice assurance of a safe area. The hotel next to them is well lit up and appears to be a little more secure.
Overall, the hotel is OK, especially for a short stay. 3 stars is about right.response / report this review -

All around wonderful place. Employees were great. Facilities were perfect. Decorations were perfect, breakfast was great, bed and bedding comfortable. Couldn't find anything wrong.

Wow is all I can say! My company put me here for a night due to a HVAC project in the area. Most of our guys stay at the super 8 and I did once and I said if you want me to stay in fort Myers anything but the super 8. From the get go this place is the ritz compared to that dump down the street. The staff is here is very nice and the rooms are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. No smells or anything!!! Nice hot water in the shower. This place is nicer then the room I stayed at in Disney Coronado springs. Highly recommend especially for less then $100. If this place was on the beach it would be a $500 a night place

LOVED MY STAY. I never checked a room into a best western before. Beautiful site, close to freeway, clean room and caring staff. Breakfast was delicious. Very modern interior and quality gym. I honestly thought the stay here was a steal in comparison to neighboring hotels. 80$ for a king size bed and large room, breakfast, fitness. The other hotels nearby were incomparable to the quality here and almost 100-150$. Highly recommend best western ft myers

Most of the staff was awesome!! Heather was the absolute best! Nice accommodations and the price was just right. The Continental Breakfast was way more than expected and the entire property was well-maintained.

Everything was great! Room was nice and big for only a 100 a night! The front desk associate Amelia answered any and all questions and just went above and beyond. Overall great hotel.

We stayed here for leisure while visiting relatives. The hotel is great. Clean, comfortable, and an excellent staff. A very great place to stay and very economical as well. We will be back.

Nice pool (well maintained). Room was very clean and had a decent view. Walls/Doors/Windows are thin so you hear everything outside fairly well. Beds were hard but pillows are nice.

My experience staying at Best Western Fort Myers was really good. Staff is really professional, and they really committed to help and serve the guess best possible. What impressed me the most during my second week staying there was the amazing customer services they have. During my first week I left my pillow on the room, I really cannot sleep well with any other pillow. I left the front desk staff know my pillow was left in the room the week before, they say they'll look for it and let me know, when I returned from work On the next day my pillow was not only found but it was already on my room, awesome customer services on my experience. Thanks Best Western At Fort Myers.
