Very nice, comfortable, accommodating place to stay. The staff people are very hospitable and obviously care about your comfort. For what you get, the rates are excellent.

A great hotel for the money. Nicely decorated, clean, friendly staff and a *really good* breakfast included!

My room was not “spacious”— but it was fine. And anyway who needs a lot of extra square footage if you’ll be engaged in doing other things nearby or out & about?

I’d highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Nice for an older hotel. Comfortable, firm beds with more pillow than the usual sack of grains that leaves your head on the mattress. Front staff, Ida and Cody were very helpful in helping with our room and also making a call for a local movie theater. Regular breakfast fare - boxed eggs, frozen hash browns and biscuits, pancake maker, cereals and oatmeal, juices, etc.

The hotel looks like nothing fancy from the outside but the rooms are very comfortable, the beds are excellent, and the shower was perfect. The breakfast was as good as any. It's a very convenient location and you can get to everything in Concord in minutes.

I was only there for a night, but the staff was friendly and the rooms were fine. The furniture and fixtures were modern and clean. The carpet in my room had some coffee stains on it, but was otherwise clean. The A/C unit was remarkably quiet. I'd stay here again.

Great hotel overall. Simple but everything works. Rooms are very small but the bed is comfortable. Ron has enough amenities. Breakfast is great but the quality of items isn't too high. But there is a wide selection of items available for breakfast. They check in staff is very friendly and so is the checkout. The premises are very clean and orderly. The Internet Was too slow or it didn't work at all

Nice staff, clean rooms, good location. It's a quiet area within a half hour drive of Boston and less than a quarter of an hour from historic parks. Every room has a balcony/patio with chairs, and since we had a room facing the woods it was a nice place to wind down. The continental breakfast is what you'd expect. It's not great food, but it fills your stomach and the area is kept very clean. And I always appreciate a nonsmoking room that actually sticks by that (they have a little sign in the room warning of a large fine if that rule is broken). The only complaint I can muster is that the towels are rough (probably a result of the pool), but they aren't unbearable. Bring your own if that would be a problem. Overall, it's a great affordable hotel.

This Best Western is pretty standard as far as Best Westerns are concerned. Reasonable accommodations for a reasonable price. Nothing too fancy but everything is nice, and it has one of the better free breakfasts I've experienced. It is in a fantastic location in historic Concord, if history is your thing. I would recommend staying here if it fits your needs.

No complaints. I stayed for a one night visit and left before breakfast. All common amenities were available. Rates were reasonable. Rooms were clean. Front desk clerk was attentive even at the midnight hour of my check-in.

My overall experience was very good considering the competitive price point and that it is an older style (1970s ?) hotel. The rooms were very clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast, included in the price, is ok but nothing fancy. Access to route 2 is excellent.

All things considered it is a very good value and Concord is a beautiful town.

I had a great experience, everyone in the front desk is very nice and eager to help, I had a nice and clean room, convenient and quiet location. The breakfast is the standard menu found in most Best Western hotels. The same food every day, so if you stay for a short term its fine.

I stayed here for 6 nights and it was amazing. The room was very nice and clean and the staff was always happy to help. I very much enjoyed the breakfast, which has pretty much everything you could want. The porch looked out on a peaceful wooded area and made for a relaxing visit. My experience far surpassed my expectations. Thank you for a great stay! I will be returning.
