It's a budget motel. If that's what you're expecting it's good. It's clean. The people are very friendly. The grounds are nice. It's the best pet friendly place to stay in the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has a dog with them.

If you are more adventurous than I am and don't mind finding loads of pubic hair in the toilet bowl, sheets that may not have been cleaned, and little creatures that scurry around the bathroom when you put on the light during the night then this place is for you. This convinces me to stop trying to save a few bucks and get a room where you are confident the sheets are clean and the toilet is not filled with pubic hair. Obviously I will not try Red Roof Inn again.

Room was amicable considering the cost to stay here. Location is Central to Worcester, Boston, Gillette Stadium, etc. Service was friendly and helpful.

Rooms were nice but I came in from Chicago and reserved a room here on the way. After I arrive my card was declined. I offered to pay the stay in cash but she refused and said that you have to pay with the card you reserved with. After that I was forced to drive all the way downtown to one of the two chase banks in the whole Boston area. It was a busy Saturday night full of traffic and the roads are completely different than any roads I have ever seen. The chase bank was past a tunnel and every time I went under the tunnel my gps lost signal and I kept going the wrong way. I had to rely on people on the road and I finally got there after one hour. I didn't get to the hotel until around 2:30 AM. My first night in Boston was very tiring to say the least.

The staff on site have the worst attitude and are not professional. The rooms are not as clean as they should be and I just got bitten by a mosquito or something else while inside the room, the sheets and blanket are absolutely not cleaned daily. I used to come here more often but this is my last visit here, I receive zero respect from the staff and this is the first thing that's making me stay away from this place.

Definitely better of the highway motels. Didn't expect a lot, took an upgraded room with the right amenities to make an overnight stay comfortable. Maintenance is the key for such hotels and red roof didn't disappoint!

Literally my worst hotel/motel stay ever. First, they'll charge you and put multiple authorizations on your card (approximately 3x the amount) and blame your bank for it happening. There is no reason at all my $550 dollar stay has already been taken off of my credit card and there is still a $1400 authorization on there. Second, NO HOT WATER - I think this is pretty self explanatory. No, it isn't hot for a couple of minutes then cold; it's ice cold when you cut it on, run it and cut it off. Third, the internet, cable and phones go out everyday for HOURS leaving you with literally nothing you can do for hours except stick your fingers in an ice cold shower to see if they've fixed the hot water or stare at the walls. Fourth, they claim to be a "non-smoking hotel", and have signs stating that people who break this rule will be charged a $200 fine. However, my first night here, my room smelled like cigarette smoke. Fifth, if you do not have a privacy sign on your door handle, housekeeping will do the "knock-knock open" number on you. They've walked in on me multiple times during my stay here, and when I complain to the office they say if you don't have the privacy sign on they may think that you're gone and will come in to clean up. My response to that was why at 6-8 in the morning would I be gone? You take my plate number when I check in so my car is still here, I'm still here. Check out is 12pm, why would I be gone at 6am? Lastly, the women at the front desk have horribly messed up attitudes and could care less about the guests stay.

The rooms have been redone and are much improved. I am here with a cat so I appreciate their pet friendliness. The rate is reasonable too. And each room has a microwave and mini fridge. I am staying here for a week so that is nice. When I checked into the room the fridge still had someone else's food in it. The coffee maker has no pot or anything else.Since I didn't have coffee I went to get a cold drinks and the vending machine was completely empty. I think this is a place that is okay when you need some place on a budget and in a location close to a highway

This hotel is great and the price you just can't beat. The rooms are clean, some rooms with microwaves, bathrooms are spacious as are the showers. Being right off route 9 it is literally right near all the highways including 290 and 495. I was expecting a dump for the price I paid and was VERY pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.
