This hotel is lousy. I would never recommend it to anyone. We had two rooms. Both rooms had issues, bad enough we had switch one of them. The other room, I told the receptionist of the problem with the bathroom out lit, she was hateful and the problem was never fixed.so I took the hairdryer off of the wall and took it into a different room, with poor lighting. The rooms are absolutely awful. And after the first night, they won't give you the proper number of towels. When paying that kind of money, it would at least be nice to have towels.

Stayed at this location during my sons graduation from Lackland AFB. It was located minutes from downtown, river walk, market place, and only about 15 minutes from the air force base. Staff was very helpful and friendly at all times of day. Breakfast area provided a variety of options, everyone of us in our party of (6) was able to find something we liked. Stayed in a room with 2 king beds and pull out sofa, beds were very comfortable (however we never needed to use the pull out sofa bed).

The staff of this hotel met our needs in a time of crisis (Hurricane Harvey Evacuees) and we are deeply grateful for their willingness to help us take care of our whole family, including our pets, when their policy was otherwise. They looked past what the black and white rules were to make an exception that allowed us to rest, if just for a while from having to deal with so much uncertainty during this difficult time. We will choose Best Western again and again because of this compassion and caring attitude.

This place was awesome! We got the price on trivago and it was a great deal. Pool and hot tub are nice. Workout room is nice. Our rooms were very comfortable and spacious! The breakfast is great, hot breakfast with Texas shaped waffles! We strongly recommend!

This is definitely a 5 star hotel. The staff is friendly and thoughtful, the room was luxurious! There were two rooms, although not separate. One was for sitting and having coffee (on the house), maybe something to eat. There was a mini fridge and microwave! The towels were soft and did the job well. It was very nice. Oh yes. The TV works, and the let you know which channels were which! Very nice trip.

This was one of the best hotels my family and i stayed in on our summer vacation. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Fridge and microwave in every room. A pool on site that is very well cleaned and maintained. Very good hot breakfast free to guests. The price is also very reasonable. Will definitely stay here again.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! As a critical personality I can honestly rate them as a #1. Not 1 star, but a total 5. Every clerk I came into contact with was helpful, particularly "Frank", who was extremely over the top in his customer care. Thank you. You folks are awesome!

Had a large room and great AC. However the pool chlorine smell is so strong I didn't let my brothers go swimming.

With a very nice day the rooms were extremely clean! The continental breakfast was acceptable and the Internet worked well. It was really close to downtown San Antonio so everything was highly accessible from the hotel which was great!

The staff are always willing to go out of their way to accommodate guest request. Location is a bit far from downtown center but the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is excellent!

Staff was very friendly but the building itself isn't in the best location and the rooms weren't as clean as I would have hoped. Some issues with ants in the room but the staff took care of it. Overall, it's a decent choice considering the very low cost and proximity to downtown.

Great front desk customer service. Rooms are beautiful, smells fresh and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking is just fine. Pool is super cool. Indoors. Love it. Beds are really comfortable. Sleep was amazing. Lots of extra pillows and blankets in room. Great selection in the vending machines. Referring to my friends and family. Staying again at this location.
