Needed a tire checked before work. Their hours say they open at 730 am, I arrive at 730 only to be told that service person doesn't come in until 8 and it would be a couple hour wait. No thank you, not helpful at all. This was my go to tire place for years. That ended this morning, I won't be going back.

Service people were all very nice and helpful. Only problem is that I made appt for 9 am. Two tires mounted and oil change. I was there two and half hours. I saw my van on lift for quite a while with no one working on it. Also they had to break one lug nut and they replaced all four. One on each tire and didn't even ask me so I had to pay additional 19.98 I wasn't expecting. I have been riding with four lug nuts just fine on all tires for 5 years now. So that hurt as I'm on a very fixed budget as a disabled person. Sitting in those chairs so long was killing me. I was told when I ordered tires and made appt I would be there no longer than 45 mins to an hour at the most. Even that was hardship. Home now and in a lot of pain. So that's why I'm only giving 3 stars. -1 star the length of time and -1 star for adding something withoutcasking me first.

Problems and excuses from day 1. Used to be a great place for value and service. We've made so many trips back there we would have rather paid more somewhere else and had it done right the first time.
