I called a head to pick up 2 slices of cheese, waited 15 minutes to pick it up. When I got there, the order wasn't ready the manager went to go find the person that took my order. 3 employees were there, two of them were changing their shoes/clothes. I was told I would need to wait while they made another pizza. The manager did apologize but then also tried to tell me that they were busy. I told him I appreciated the apology but that the whole experience was unacceptable given the fact that I had called ahead and that no, the places wasn't busy and that given there were multiple employees behind the counter chatting when I came it that it wasn't good customer service to offer this reasoning as an excuse. Another employee suggested the slice up a pizza that had been sitting under the warmer and this is what the eventual solution was. I paid for two slices and he did give me a third free, hence the second star, but it wasn't hot, was missing half the cheese and was over done. I don't eat here bc of not great service and not great food but I was picking up for my Boss - in the future I will do my best to talk him out of requesting their business.
Lunch options are great selection and price!
good pizza nice personell. nothing special, but good value for money
It's a typical Bertucci's in terms of food; you know what you're going to get and I've never had a problem with the staff here. But with all the hospitals in the area, it gets VERY crowded at 12pm. I'd suggest going 10 minutes early or wait until after 1pm.
Solid consistent pizza and other food. Reliable chain.
Gets busy around lunchtime sometimes, but the staff is friendly and the food is standard Bertuccis fare and quality. The restaurant gets 4 stars, but bartender/server Jess definitely deserves a 5th.
Food was good but I saw multiple mice run across the floor while I was there
Me and a friend went and ordered the same meal. Both of us felt pretty sick for the next night and day. Tasted pretty good but not worth it.
Close to the hospital, food was good. Nothing too special but I wouldn't complain to go there.
Great spot to eat for a good price when visiting Children's Hospital.
Bread service was fast and fresh. Pasta dishes were well sauced and properly seasoned.
If you want to try Italian food.. It has a wide variety of selections with amazing food and with good quality and nice ambience.. Prices are ok. Per person around 20$ on average.. The 35$ deal.. Dinner for 2 is not that great.. Better to go with menu options..
We are frequent patrons at Bertucci's as we travel back and forth to the Children's Hospital.
We love the food, always a great meal. Service and atmosphere are often terrible. Hostess texting on her phone, a hostess wearing inappropriate clothing (so bad that you can hear the men at another table discussing the lack of attire), inappropriate conversations coming from the kitchen about the party the night before, the manager partaking in such conversation, waitresses looking as if hung over from the night before.
